Excellent location. Large room with double aspect windows with black out blinds. Very comfy bed, good bath & shower, Fridge & Safe. Breakfast selection very good.

No USB plugs for charging. Room a little stuffy, unable to open windows for fresh air no a/c just fan, would probably be very warm in summer ! No information in rooms at all, not sure if this is the norm nowadays but used to be a folder with local stuff/times/facilities/ shops/restaurants etc ? Bar area in reception tiny, didnt use.

Location was fabulous. Love the people at the desk. Breakfast available at cost. Quiet. And I really would come again. Shower is powerful. Beds comfortable. Great value. My sister and I were impressed by everything.

Would be nice to offer free coffee in AM starting at 0630 or 0700. That would make it more tolerable. Why? Bec. Coffee starts the day. You need it wout leaving the hotel. Please offer this in the restaurant level or in the lobby. I think the breakfast was too expensive. Again a cup of coffee. Ow I have no complaints.

Excellent location, walkable distance from the city centre, for example, Brandenburg's Gate. A 5-minute walk from Reeve and Lidl (grocery stores), and different cafes around, you can even get a great kebab from the locals nearby. Safe neighbourhood. The staff speaks English, not very well, but good enough to answer our questions. Room was even better than we expected, with very comfy beds, a little fridge, all the facilities available, cleanliness on the highest level. Thanks!

Staff was polite, professional and helpful. Breakfast was an extra 16€ but absolutely worth it if you like taking your time. Location is great as you're walking distance from numerous landmarks and the area is perfectly safe. Bathroom shower was top notch Two types of pillow provided

Mattress was soft while I like it firm but I understand this is a personal preference. Room was small making it ok for a solo traveller but it'd be tough as a couple.

Location, food / breakfast excellent!

15 eur fee for late check-out. I understand business point and for cleaning services for prolonged stay for 2 hrs but when I travel to Berlin for Half-marathon I would expect to be fair for this purpose of this event that Management of the hotel would grant it for runners for free. In Italy or Spain when I travelled for a marathon hotel confirmed with me I am runner and late check out was for free. But this is only minor thing. Hotel have great location and services.

Simple, clean hotel , bed was comfortable , room was warm. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Very great location. As i walked everywhere on feet - everything is around. Near the all atractions you will want to see when you visit Berlin. 27 min walk from central Berlin station.

as i am not very picky client - because i come to room just to rest i don’t find much bad things. But i am always used that i find an electric kettle to make some tea in the evening , or when it is cold ( i was in there on February 3-6) so there wasn’t one , and you can’t make tea at reception too. So thats for me was most bad thing.

The location was good, The room was comfortable and clean particularly the bedding very nice bed and crisp white linen. The staff were very nice and helpful and we had a good time during our stay.

We had breakfast in the hotel one morning. Whist what was on offer food wise was quite extensive it was mostly continental food and there was little to cater for my son who ended up just eating a small amount of cereal. a bigger choice of fruit eg) bananas would have been nice along with some more choice of cereals. I felt that the cost of the breakfast 16.50 euros each was a little pricey for what we got.

Location was perfect, most popular sights in Berlin were all within walking distance, and for the rest that we couldn't walk to and had to take public transport for instead, there is a station 1 min walk away from the hotel. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom felt and was very clean. All staff I've encountered were very friendly, helpful and professional (I was even allowed to check in early, that was so nice!) Breakfast was very tasty and had broad variety to choose from. I'd totally recommend this hotel.

Some minor details can give away that it is not the most newest hotel you may have ever been to, but it is kept and maintained in a very good condition regardless!

Good location, close to Checkpoint Charlie, next to the underground train station Stadmitte and there was a shop for essentials around the corner whoch also had a little bakery. Room was clean and tidy and a good size for 3 of us sharing, we would stay again. We didn't use the on site restaurant so can't comment on this but there is also a small bar in the reception area if you need any drinks or snacks
