Our experience exceeded expectations. Room was comfortable with ample space for all personal belongings. The desk was very helpful too. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean all the time and all equipment was in 100% working order. Staff behaved very friendly and made us feel welcome. They were prepared to help us at any time. This in particular includes reception, room service which we have used every day, and porters always readily helping us to get a taxi. Breakfast was superb, tasty and good choice. The ambience and superb service makes this hotel one of the best we have ever been during many years of our travel and we will be more than happy to recommend it to everybody travelling to Berlin.

The staff at the Regent is awesome. The hotel has a restful, relaxed, elegant atmosphere. Breakfast combines an a la carte menu with buffet offerings and it is superb. One could linger here all morning. The rooms are huge with very comfy beds. The bathrooms are oversized and well-appointed. The view from my room was amazing. The intimate bar is definitely worth a visit. I do not normally go to the bar but I went here every evening.

We felt at home. The service was incredible, very welcoming and warm. The room was ready for our arrival, but as we had not state the age of our kid it was ready for a baby. The room was rearranged literally in seconds. Breakfast is a must. Location is just golden.

The hotel is simply gorgeous and the staff is determined that your comfort might be at its best. Whether concerning the bedrooms or the restaurant, everything is absolutely faultless. The position in the city is a real asset that made it possible for us to see Berlin's most outstanding sites. Thanks for everything.

Disappointed that when I had to return to Dublin earlier than planned, cancelling my last night's booking, no refund was possible despite me advising Reception at 8 am that morning. Apparently this was because my booking was made and paid for via Booking.com whereas a refund would have been possible if I had booked directly with the hotel via its own website.

Great location. Breakfast was very good. Service was also great. The hotel is very beautiful. Room was big and very clean.

Coffee is made by automatic machine and no by barista. Not tasty. We wanted to sit in the lobby and eat with our kid something sweet we brought from outside. Although we have ordered coffee from the hotel, they asked us to go to the room or to pay 20 euro for sitting there. I thing it is very rude after we paid 500 euro per night.

Location great. We were out all day so didn't really use any facilities. Concierge helpful with queries by email in advance of our arrival. Really appreciated being able to ask for fresh milk for in-room coffee/tea maker. Also complimentary bottle of mineral water every day. Generally very comfortable.

Breakfast seemed expensive, but there is a great little cafe opposite offering excellent coffee (better than hotel coffee) and continental breakfast options

How clean and safe it was

That one worked made a( mistake )with the Bill to the breakfast i didnt Think it was a mistake.. but you have to check the Bill before u pay..

The breakfast and bar food was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond. The room was clean, lovely and super comfortable.

I only wished the air conditioning in the room was a little cooler.

Really lovely staff who were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room service was fantastic. Food was superb. Excellent room size and amenities. Loved the view from the large windows.

Room smelled a bit musty and could do with an update.
