Nice rooms, relatively clean. If you need to do business around Ostend it’s a great location

The staff treated me horribly…so arrogant. I will never return there. Strange why receptionists think it’s ok to treat their guests badly for no reason at all

Excellent Location and Top-notch Service I stayed at INNSIDE Ostend by Meliá twice: the first stay was from October 18-22 and the second was from October 24-25. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the property itself is clean and beautifully designed. During my first stay, there was an issue with my booking at check-in, as the reservation could not be found initially. The staff quickly registered me under new conditions, but later confirmed that my original booking was indeed in the system. It was an error on their end, which they promptly corrected. I want to thank the entire hotel staff for maintaining such a high level of service, especially the reception team. They were patient, understanding, and resolved the issue with professionalism, all while keeping a positive attitude and a smile—something that is becoming rare in many service industries nowadays. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and I look forward to staying here again!

Really lovely stay. Beautiful room layout. Really early check-in for free. The gym and sauna. Free mini bar with lovely soft drinks. Very kind staff Close to transportation

Room was slightly dirty with a woman's lipstick and toothpaste on small mirror. on arrival. I saw a previous comment about the towels being very old and worn in the rooms. Agree with this. But the towels in the sauna were lovely and soft. I was solo women travelling. I was cautious using the Public transport in Frankfurt - people around the area look a little rough, graffiti, drinking on Public transport. I took a bus and train from the airport 45 minutes. The hotel itself is very lovely and comfortable. I did enjoy my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a busy day. I especially enjoyed the sauna and the gym, which added a nice touch to my stay. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the U-Bahn and within easy reach of the city center, making it perfect for exploring the area. The food was also great, with a good variety of delicious options for breakfast. We had halfboard so we enjoy every evening 3 course dinner which was always tasty and fantastic. You could choose from 3 options for maincourse. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I booked this hotel for proximity to Messe and for that it was great. It was easy to get around and much more central than I expected for being near "Ostbahnhof".

Overall I found the hotel somewhat sterile and not particularly inviting. My room was fine but again, the minimalist design and color scheme felt more cold than elegant. Unfortunately, the sheets on my bed had to be changed and I didn't find the bed comfortable to sleep. I've stayed in other Melia hotels hence why I booked this one but, after this stay I may rethink whether I want to stay in INNSIDE hotels again in the future. You can find comparable accommodations for significantly less money. I don't find it good value for money.

Clean comfortable room. Nice bed. Great pillows. Spacious enough and very warm and light. Free soft drink minibar was a nice touch. Tram stop right outside the front door. Breakfast downstairs was convenient, good variety and relatively cheap. Staff were friendly and helpful.

TV was not a smart Tv, so can't cast from your own device. Remote didn't work well. No heated towel rail in the room so difficult to completely dry your towel. Breakfast was just ok in terms of quality. Coffee was bitter, bacon chewy and bread dry.

Good value for money. In times of rising hotel prices for one night, it was good that the amount was actually alright and not too crazy. The hotel was nice, the room was nice too, staff was friendly. Room had a mini bar so you had something to drink upon arrival. They also have a free candy bar at reception.

The rooms were clean but I had a hair on my bed sheet and we had some silver fish on the bathroom floor. We had breakfast half an hour before it closed and the place looked very messy and no new food was brought out so we couldn’t eat everything that was on offer. We parked somewhere else as we didn’t want to pay 22€ for parking.

Spotless clean (with the exception of a dirty area rug in the lobby, which they should remove) friendly staff, quick check in check out great location with tram & bus right across the street short ride to downtown Take tram 11 about ten stops to be in the heart of the tourist area A Rewe grocery store & bakery/coffee shop right around the corner Excellent fresh food very inexpensive Taxi ride from the airport is just over 50 euros about 20 min drive but you can take tram/train for a lot less if you are mobile

Usual price is approx 80 euros a night which is a great value however when we stayed there was an international book fair so price was over 200 euros a night but we couldn’t change our dates

Very nice modern business hotel, all in white, everything freshly renovated, modern style, materials, technology. Very good stable WiF. Large room with an excellent king size bed. Toilet is seperate to large bath room, good shower, good water pressure, rain shower. The room had a wooden floor and was superbly cleaned. Modern and new furniture in the room, very attractive lighting concept. Breakfast was standard;: good but unspectacular. Hotel has a good parking garage, which requires prior reservation. Modern and super clean Sauna where towels and bath robes are provided. Hotel Gym has high end equipment. Hotel is located in Frankfurt East with immediate and easy access to the wide public transport system.

There was nothing woth mentioning that the hotel could do tlo be better.
