The hotel is in a great location, close to the centre. We were attending the Theatre am Zoo which was opposite, across the square. The room was a good size and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. We were regularly asked if we wanted the room serviced but.we didn't need it. Towels were replaced halfway through our stay. The staff were helpful and always friendly. Everything was clean.

The bathroom was a little dated but it was clean. We noticed that the room opposite was being painted. So hopefully the hotel is keeping up with that programme. The restaurant wasn't open while we stayed. We tended to sort ourselves out for breakfast, so didn't sample the hotel breakfast.

Property is so close to town, we walked everywhere and even places we could not walk the transport options were endless and in walking distance. We went in summer and although there is no aircon the fan works surprisingly well to cool the room. I saw a lot of other hotels claim to have air-conditioning but many of the reviews at these places said it did not work anyway, so if this is a defining factor for you when booking, I'd still book here. Staff were friendly and always helped us throughout our six night stay when needed. We first arrived after 11.00pm and at 1.00am our uber eats order had still not arrived. Reception was kind enough to make us some sandwiches. Would stay here again in a heart beat and most reviews that are negative seem to be basing their complaints around very high standards and probably should have booked a five star hotel instead of expecting this to turn into a five star hotel upon their arrival.

We stayed at the 5th floor with the side view on the zoo. Though the view was to the street, it was quiet at night and we liked it. The view to the inner yard is not so picturesque, so I recommend the street view. Parking in the yard of the hotel is an advantage too (I would say up to 20 cars can park there). Parking is paid like in most hotels in the city (14€ per night). In general, everything as in the room description and this hotel is a good value for the money. Location is nice, easy to get everywhere feom there. We stayed there for a week and felt safe.

Not quite polite woman from the reception but the guy was fine. Cleaning was so-so.

The desk staff were wonderful (I can’t remember who checked us in, but he was particularly excellent). The room had a huge window to let lots of light in. We were centrally located in Frankfurt, which made the need to take public transport basically unnecessary (we were only there for a day mind you).

There was no A/C in the room (I’m sure I just didn’t read closely enough when booking). Thankfully it was nice and cool during the evening so that was a non factor overall. For having two of us on the room, it was quite small, but again, overall a non factor for us.

I loved the BIG rooms and the thought behind the design. A very good team at the reception, and a very welcoming, patient guy who waited for us and was willing to keep his shift until we arrived to the hotel, although the late check-in at midnight. It is nice that they have a small refrigerator at the reception where we could buy drinks.

Elevator was not working in one of the buildings. The room could be cleaner with attention to the small details.

The location is great, near U bahn also S bahn. Price is good and the service of front desk is wonderful! This is our 2nd time stay here, next time this hotel is our first choice too.

If we really need to point out, the shower place is covered by a curtain which can’t prevent water coming out. Except this, everything is just great!

The location was great, they are extremely close to the subway.

They where about to charge me twice for the parking. When we arrived, I went to the reception to pay the accomodation and the parking. When we made the check out, another person was at the reception and didn’t know I alteady paid the parking already, I had to show the transaction in my bank app, and to search for the receipt. We had two rooms, one single in the nice new building, and a double in the other building, in which the heating did not function, outside being like -3*C. They offered me extra blanket but i had to go to the reception in the other building, and I refused because I took a hot bath, then I was freezing. In the new building the elevator doesn’t work.

We spend here two nights in November and it was pretty ok. Great staff, they were really helpful with making surprise for my girlfriend (best girlfriend ever). Location is perfect. Room was clean, parking was safe.

Breakfast was terrible. Not much food to choose, lack of bread, we have to wait 15 minutes for few slices of bread. Room was also pretty cold.

A sympathic, a bit outdated hotel in a very relaxed area. The gentlemen at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Even late in the evening there were enough places close by to get some food and a drink. I would consider to come back if I m in Frankfurt again.

Two of the smaller lamps didn t work in the room. The coffee milk in the breakfast room seemed to be a bit old. I tried two of them - both were flocking out in the coffee which I finally didn t drink. Otherwise everything was ok.

Being a level 3 Genius customer on Booking, I got the room for 49 euros 💶. That is impossible to beat. The hotel is right across the city zoo, and very well located. 2 restaurants and 2 coffee/pastry shops within 50 meters of the hotel. The subway is just on the corner of the building, and I think customers can buy public transport tickets 🎟 right from the checkin counter. The staff is helpful and polite, the rooms have a decent size, and the beds are comfortable. It was also very quiet. Internet was ok.

Could have been nice with a small refrigerator and maybe a water heater in the room. They have a good closed parking, but it costs 14 💶 /night. Very few TV channels, and they almost don't work.
