Nice hotel. Very nice people on the reception, made a check in a good experience. The room itself was nice for a couple. Good bathroom with comfortable shower. I really liked the wood work and lights, made it very cozy stay. Location is okay. Not the closest to the city center, but there are two quick ways to get to the center. There were a few good breakfast places around as well!

I personally did not like the carpets because it made the room look a little messy and would be hard for summer for people with allergies. The bed was good, but the sheets were not from a nice fabric. The remote control did not have batteries so we had to go and pick them up from the reception, but everything else was good!

The hotel itself super and the staff were very friendly. Loved the dorm feel that it brought without it being like a frat house. They allow you to bring your own food and drink in the common areas and for you to just relax which is really needed as well given the size of the rooms.

Size of the room, no kettle in the room, dim/insufficient lighting in the room. Beds are a little too soft/lumpy for my liking, breakfast was very mediocre but i guess for the price of the room (we took the breakfast included option) we shouldnt expect more.

From fresh fruit, pancakes, and an assortment of sweets and pastries to a great selection of bread, there was something for everyone. The drinks were just as impressive, with freshly squeezed juice, ginger shots, and a wide range of fresh tea and machine made coffee. It really set the perfect tone for the day. Highly recommend starting your morning here! 💲 The hotel stay was a bit over our budget due to Euro 2024, but it was completely understandable. The excellent overall quality of the hotel, food, and amenities made it worth every penny. 🍻🧹 I also loved the hotel's innovative idea of skipping room cleaning in exchange for a free drink!

There was nothing negative. ✅

We really enjoyed staying in this place. The facility is well maintained and are eco-friendly as well. The checkin and checkout are smooth and they give you option to do this online to avoid standing in the queue, you can just fill in your details. The overall stay was value for money, they give you free drink coupons if you are willing to skip room service cleaning for some days. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet and airconditioning worked well.

The location is a bit far from the centre or the main train station but there is a nearby tram that is available which is really convenient but it takes about 30mins to connect to the centre of the city. And the breakfast was a bit expensive as well.

The hotel was very modernly furnished. The beds were very comfortable, the curtains perfectly blocked out the light, the air conditioning was easy to adjust, and the reasonably large bathroom was also pleasant. The parking lot was sufficiently large, and the people at the reception were friendly and helpful. A big plus was the breakfast, which was plentiful and very tasty.

The TV light was on, but I couldn't turn TV on or off. I really don't know why it was lit. The parking situation is a bit exaggerated considering that the parking at the shopping center across the street is cheaper. As for the noise level, the hotel description stated that the rooms are soundproof, but the neighbors in the room next to and above us were quite loud throughout the night.

This was my second stay at the niu and I really like it there. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the shampoo/soap has a nice scent. It’s in perfect proximity to Carlswerk Victoria, the reason for my trips being concerts there. And all the staff I encountered were very kind and helpful.

I didn’t book breakfast this time, because I had a hard time finding vegan options my first time staying here. So more vegan options at breakfast - especially savory ones, and clearly labeled - would be much appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and relax. They made the stay easy. The hotel seemed new and it was very comfortable. I liked that the bar was still open after our concert. The parking is good too, easy to find and the car is safe.

Even if the windows are closed, you hear the noices from outside pretty good. Unfortunately if your neigbour watches tv loudly you can hear every word, so the walls are pretty thin. For me the beds are a bit to soft, but that is just a personal preference.

there is convenient parking, many restaurants nearby, there is a bar in the lobby. comfortable bed, pillows. good water pressure in the shower.

there are a lot of people checking in and only one hotel employee works. we waited more than 15 minutes to check in. the hotel has no flower vases. i had a birthday party, there were flowers that were put in beer mugs. include a couple of bottles of water in the price of your stay! it's a shame for such a hotel that you have to run for water

Great staff. Comfortable bed, clean room. Good location for roadtriping via Bordeaux.

1st night: One side of the hotel facing a busy highway entrance + its the busiest highway in Bordeaux. So that side need sound isolation, and a lot of it. Couldnt sleep even with earplugs when loud pipe cars and motorcycles accelerated frequent out to the highway all night. 2nd night: Asked for room facing the opposite side (hotel parking/reception), slept 9h straight, without earplugs.

I was recommended this hotel because of the close proximity to the concert venue I was planning to visit and I'm happy I chose it! It's a great hotel, the staff is really friendly and nice. Breakfast was very tasty and the choice in the food was vast. One of the most comfortable hotel bed I slept in. The room was really clean and I say this as a hotel housekeeper myself, it's hard to keep rooms so clean but they manage it so shout out to the housekeeping team 😊
