Huge room, much space, bathroom looked good

- Glas wall to bathroom (toilette) is a NO GO. There were curtains but they were transparent - Huge room but, given that, the bed was really small. Make it 2m wide for such large rooms - Room would not heat up enough, so apparently the radiator is not good enough for such a large room - As bed was small (only 1.40m or so wide), I needed to sleep on couch (because wife + kid needed the space) but the couch consisted of squares, so lying down there did only work by fixing it on both sides

Room was quite large as well as bathroom. We also requested an extra bed for a todller and was very happy with what was supplied. Breakfast the next morning was quite good, both warm breakfast and continental was available. Good selection of fruit juices. We could also use the hotel's car charging facility - even though expensive with hotel rates - it was really convenient to use.

No coffee machine in the room (probably an oversight from the hotel since we had coffee pods)

The location and easy access to the city and concert hall (palladium) with public transportation. The staff was very friendly!

When we first entered our room it smelled really bad (like water that had been standing still for a while) we had to air out our room and put on the AC which helped but it took a while for the smell to be gone completely. Also the door to the shower / toilet wasn’t that great. It does not close properly and you can hear everything when you’re in the room.

Everything about the hotel was nice, an unexpected surprise. Close to the city

The location is shady but the hotel is very modern and pretty and the staff is super helpful. Restaurants close very early, but you could order to have food delivered. They have a bar in the lobby with good priced drinks.

Really nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful employees. Rooms decorated with taste, which was the cherry on the cake. Handy location when one needs to go to the Kölnmesse.

Bring cash, because they declined my card without my bank even showing an attempt to charge it. The location wasn't the best (both in terms of local area and distance from the centre) and it was probably a little overpriced

This hotel is too far from city centre in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by wasteland and derelict buildings at the front entrance

I liked the sphere in the hotel , very cozy, nice room with comfortable beds, the breakfast was very good and the people were very polite and friendly!

Comfortable room with a great garden outside which suited as travelling with our dog. Staff all really helpful

Property is fine but general area is run down and being renovated

nothing really if I had to pick something it’s not in the heart of the city but it’s a short taxi ride away so not a big deal
