Very comfortable beds, room was very clean and quiet. Hotel services just as described.

Finding the hotel coming by car at night was a bit difficult and confusing and using the hotel garage with a bigger car was challenging - steep and narrow access to the garage and also given just a little space there is a car lift system (1 car parked above another car) inside of the garage to accommodate more vehicles. Many great options to park your car in a walk distance - references given to us by the hotel before coming.

The room did not have much space but was quite cozy. The bed had enough space for two people and was comfortable. The underground garage was very convenient but had limited space. The lady at the reception was kind enough to help us with parking. Breakfast was pleasant and tasty. There isn't much to do in the town itself, but you can easily take a train from the station, just a 5-minute walk away, to Basel and find entertainment there.

The hotel is situated in the center of town, so it can be quite noisy outside, especially in the late evening and early morning.

Very spacious, clean and modern facilities. The rooms were massive and the air conditioning was an unexpected surprise (although it didn’t work in 1 out of the 3 rooms booked).

We arrived late, we knew that the hotel car park was full but we were not aware that the public car parks suggested to us closed at a certain time. We did manage to find one that was still open. We did arrive just before midnight though due to bad traffic when travelling from Rome.

Overnight stay to visit the concert in the town - so great central location, the early check in and late check out was appreciated. Spacious and clean bedroom. Good shower. The weather was exceptionally hot and the air con was very efficient. Breakfast had a well stocked and varied selection of typical food with polite efficient staff.

The member of staff who dealt with our check in was rather officious, abrupt and off hand - however, the following morning, the same member of staff was very friendly. Fortunately, we had taken the car and not the motorbikes on this occasion because the lift parking system would not have accommodated our motorbikes. It would be nice if hotels specified their parking systems for the benefit of guests who do not have standard vehicles.

Good breakfast. “Double” room meant two single beds which could be moved apart, which was perfect for us. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Very conveniently located close to a train station, and a travel card for free travel around the Black Forest and into Basel train station (although not around the Basel area, which we didn’t need though so that was fine). It is right in the centre of Lörrach, next to a square with a market. I lalso lked that there were big windows which could be opened for fresh air.

All comfortable and in order as usual, I come here from now and then and I'm always satisfied. Also this time I only had a coffee as I didn't feel like a full breakfast and it was offered to me, I appreciated the nice gesture. Beds are very comfortable, quality bedding.

From some of the rooms that look onto the public pedestrian areas you can hear people talking at night, but it hasn't kept me from sleeping. I would suggest adding a water boiler and tea bags as an extra comfort for guests. Also complimentary soap in the shower and bathrooms could be improved.

The room were huge, very clean. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choses. Location was in the city center and close to the train. The owner was very welcome helping us in every detail of our stay. They organize us the trips to the other cities.

We had a big family room where we could rest. The hotel has a Greek restaurant and a pastry shop just outside, perfect for when you arrive tiered and need some food. We used the pastry shop for a quick breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only thing is that the hotel room was not accessible by lift, so it would not be so suitable if you have a lot of language.

Situated in the middle of the centre. Parking via a elevator system under the hotel. There was a wide choice of breakfast items and neatly displayed. Bed rooms were clean and pretty big.

The hotel room door occasionally rattled a lot due to draft so that you were always awakened.

Excellent breakfast, both hot & cold. Plenty of cereals fruit & yoghurt, excellent bread, in the heatwave the breakfast rom did get very hot so a extra blast of the existing aircon would be good. Underground parking was a bonus as we drove from england,lorrach was a good location for crossing into Switzerland next day (no border checks) staff also very good. Free travel card in buses and trams is available, allowing a quick trip into Basel if you like.

Not a complaint & obviously not the hotels fault but we had no mobile signal in the town so given the hotel is a little tucked away in the town centre (a nice lady even got in her car & showed us the way!) you should maybe check directions before arriving, dont rely on sat-nav
