we checked out at 7am, there was no one at the reception! Nobody answered the call. from the room we left the door at the entrance and for a long time could not find a way out of the hotel, since the main entrance was closed with keys. There is also information that there is parking, but my Lexus RX car is too big for this parking lot and the employee recommended me to leave the car in a paid parking lot (I paid an additional 20 euros for it)

The location it was in is perfect , you get to be in the centre of Lörrach.
The the lights were not working and we where waiting for like 3 hours for the check in and no one even answered our calls, the lights were not working, the room heater was not working properly, we didn’t complained the staffs about that since we were not in the room for most of the time ,the balcony window shades were broken and the balcony is not maintained, no toiletries were provided other than towels, it was not a bother to me since I brought my own.

Very dated, dirty hallways, broken master light switch, ants in the shower, broken blind, no staff available in the morning for check out.

Location was good if you’ll walk appr.300-500 mt. You can reach center.
Unfortunately the room was dirty when I checked in. The ground was dusty I don't want to mention the toilet and bathroom at all. There is no one for daily cleaning or linen change anyway.

I specifically asked for a room with a balcony. That's why I chose this hotel and not another. Because of the balcony, and because the photos of the balcony are spectacular. No balcony in my room. This is just one of the things that left me dissatisfied. Unacceptable.
