Very nice accommodation and location for the price. Good breakfast in terms of food (not drinks, though).

The hotel does not communicate in English. There is no reception, however it is easy to pick up the key. My biggest complaint is a strange breakfast arrangement: 1) Breakfast time from 8 o'clock at weekends is VERY LATE! It is a bad excuse that "normally" it is at 7, as normally means at week days. 2) Very strange breakfast form, and no one knows, until what time it shall be submitted. 3) Small selection and volume of drinks (only tea and coffee) and not added regularly.

Besides the small size, the room was really nice and cosy.. perfect for a couple Towels and bedsheets were always clean and fresh The room and the common spaces were perfectly tidy and clean

The receptionists spoke only German, and also the written communication and form were available just in German. The breakfast lacked in fruit.

The room was tiny, but comfortable for the short stay that we needed. It was well equipped with great quality linens and a wonderful window we could open fully for fresh air. The instructions for how to find the key and access the hotel were very clear....even when arriving very late at night. We were grateful for the elevator, having schlepped our bags some distance through the rain. A light breakfast of yogurt and fruit was available at 7AM before we needed to rush off to the airport.

Internet was not available to us with the credentials (password) provided.

Mattress very comfortable. Had a lift - good for suitcases. Continental breakfasts were substantial. Staff helpful and friendly.

Maybe a kettle and coffee facilities during the day would have been nice.

It's simple but good. Neither bells nor whistles, but if a comfortable and central accommodation is all you require, this is the place.

Using the WiFi is somewhat complicated with free tickets and paid services on top.

Location was great!

-The floor was not cleaned enough. First day walking in the room, I felt a lot of dust particles. -The hot water to shower doesn’t work every time

Cozy clean comfortable hotel tucked back away from the street. Nice breakfast. Super short walk to U-Bahn station.

Shower had a door that went only halfway over the entrance so the floor in the bathroom was always soaking wet for a long time after any showers.

Clean and in a good location. Just 1.3km walking distance from the train station. Easy self check in and i'd say price was reasonable.

Breakfast was very poor. I don't know if it was due to the Easter time or what, but I've been to a fair amount of other places, much cheaper ones, and I've learned that it doesn't take a lot of effort to provide a good breakfast.

We were early and it was possible an early check in. The staff was kind. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Value for money.

The hot water from the shower did not work properly. The rest was ok.

If you want to travel Munich quick and easy, this is the place! Short distance walking times to a lot of attractions AND it’s like a 2 minute walk to the trains! Friendly staff and probably the best hotel for the price!

Breakfast was almost nonexistent, but that’s okay because they have the cutest little cafe out front!
