The location is super. The train and bus station is just around the corner, but it is very quiet near the hotel. The staff is very nice, everything was quick and pleasant. They also have a website for the quicker checking-out. The bed is large and nice. There is also a really comfortable chair in the room. Nice idea to have colored window glass, it makes the room looking warm and cozy.

A slight disadvantage of the room design is that there is no separate light in the toilet, and there is a glass wall between the room and the bathroom. So, once you turn on the lights in the bathroom, it lights up the whole room. The rooms are soundproof, except the doors to the corridor. You can't hear the neighbors, but you can hear what's in corridor. I hope they read the feedback and will fix it. Otherwise, the hotel is very good.

Our stay in the hotel lived up to all our expectations - we really loved everything - form the first moments. Very helpful, friendly stuff, nice room with all necessary amenities, varied copious breakfast, plus possibility to have dinner in the evening. The location was perfect - bus 16 runs every 3-5 minutes and takes you to the railway station or city center in a few minutes. If you come to Munich by plane, it is also very convenient to get to the hotel by S1 or S8 directly without any changes. Next time when we are in Munich we will stay there for sure.

Maybe, if it would be a good idea to have in the bathroom safety rails, as there is a shower bath ( bath tub and shower combo), and these secure rails would really help to use it.

The pool and workout room were good. The employees were all pleasant and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. If you were planning to use public transportation, the location was great. It was too far from the altstadt to walk comfortably.

The restaurant was only open for breakfast and there was only a E20 buffet with no option for just coffee and a roll. Daily cleaning was perfunctory and coffee and tea were not replenished each day. The toiletries were not very pleasant.

- Rooms are space-y - The room I had was very calm - it looked out to the back of the building - The design of the hotel is nice - I like the elevators up to the rooms that have transparent walls so you can look outside - The breakfast was great. Really tasty and well-made scrambled egg and a wide variety of food.

- Wifi was fairly slow - The lights behind my bed fell off with the slightest movement of the bed (e.g. bumping into it). Some parts of the shower also felt borderline broken and fell off very easily. Maybe I am just clumsy but it seemed like things weren't really being fixed - they were just put back into place where they can fall off again very easily.

The location of the hotel is prime, super easy access from the train station just about 5 min or so. Walked from station to hotel, and in front of the hotel there is a trolley number 16 and 17 that take you into marianezplatz which is super convenient. If going to Octoberfest which is what we did it is a 15 min walk to the fairgrounds. A lot better than I expected, breakfast was amazing!

Streets are not that lit up at night, but they are safe to walk in at night. We arrived at 10:30 Pm to station and walked to hotel from here.

The location was excellent.. hotel was clean and very nice .. staff are friendly, especially the FO team room was OK, small but OK 👍

The hotel is not equipped by connected rooms for family, but they gave use 2 rooms next to each other instead

-location was very convenient (20 min walk from Munich Central Train Station and food options, SBahn grocery store are located within 10 minute walking distance) -it was great to have a pool and sauna available -staff was friendly - the room seemed soundproof, it was pretty quiet -room was clean

-fridge in our room didn't work -bathroom light was flickering -hallway lights didn't all work -some of the furniture in our room has seen better days (but the overall appearance of the room was still absolutely okay) -small things were missing in the room like toilet brush -If you are traveling with a friend or someone you're not 100% comfortable with, be adviced that the wall between the shower and the bedroom is somewhat see-through. -not enough towels in pool and sauna area. -breakfast was not included and they charge 20€ pP per breakfast to add on (we did not eat breakfast there during our stay).

Bed was very comfortable especially the pillows. Kettle provided to make tea or coffee. Room temperature was easily changed. There was no noise from the road or from the corridor. A nice quiet cocoon of a room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing really excellent choices available. Bus stop directly outside hotel front door made it easy to go into the city centre. Very convenient for the bus station too.

We didn't stay longer.
