Great location, not too close to the station, but close enough to walk to the trains and also the other transport options. Breakfast were excellent and staff were very helpful and polite. We loved the bar area and the general ambiance of the hotel.

Nothing to complain about

I loved the warm bathroom floor, the layout of our hotel room, and its location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, including the train station, Oktoberfest at the fair grounds, Marienplatz, Deutsche Bank, and shopping. There was even a really great playground nearby for the kids. The breakfast was completely worth the price and the hotel restaurant was so good that we indulged nightly either for dinner or a nightcap.

My room faced the main street, so the street noise was sometimes disturbing. However, people outside quieted down before 10p.m., so the noise did not disturb our sleep.

There were four of us in the room, 2 adults and two kids ages 9 and 13. The living room area was large and they had the pull out couch ready for us when we arrived. Our room faced the main road and there was construction going on across the street but we could not hear it, it never woke us up. The king bed was comfortable and we slept well. The staff is amazing, from the concierge to the bar tender!! The breakfast is very good and fresh. The hotel is conveniently located. There are lots of small restaurants near by as well as a laundry mat, the main train station and the tram stop.

The bathroom is very small and the hair dryer is attached to the wall which makes it hard to use if someone else is getting in the shower. There was one mirror and it was tucked away in a dark corner across from the bathroom door which was in inconvenient spot. It would be better to have the mirror out in the main area so one could use it and not be in the way of the bathroom.

Location is very good being 10 minutes walk from the main train station and the Marienplatz. There are also several public transport routes in vicinity to easily get around. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and offered a lot of selection. Room was very comfortable and clean with facilities provided all in good working order. The little shop area is handy to purchase small items. Voucher system for maid service was a nice incentive.

Whilst the wifi internet was very fast and easy to connect to - it didn't always remain stable.

Incredible breakfast! Lots of variety, helpful staff, very gemütliche vibes from the entire hotel itself. Bed was big, super comfy, lots of space - the TV was also very accessible (HDMI) and big for a little longer of a stay in bed :) There were little bags to hang outside your door to get 10 euro off if you didn't need a room cleaning and were staying more than 1 night. Great way to save time/be more conscientious of resources, and also get a discount at the bar.

The sink was a bit leaky, and soap dispenser wasn't functioning. We asked on our first morning if they could take a look at it- they fixed it but also cleaned our room and we didn't get the 10 euro off, even though we put the bag outside the door.

About a 5-10 min walk from the main station Hbf (depending on which exit). Tram 21 goes into the city centre and stops near the hotel. Room was compact and may be challenging for those with multiple large suitcases.

The road from the Hbf to the hotel felt a little sketchy, with random men standing around; it made me wonder if there is a soup kitchen there but I didn’t dare to look too closely. Tram noise can be heard from as high as the 6th floor, and I was told by reception that all double rooms face the street. The room was a bit dim and I wished there were more lights that could be separately controlled so that I could leave a “night light” on for bathroom trips at night.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were so good that I had a hard time getting out of them, despite my constant desire to go outside. It is clearly a hotel where the management thinks, implementing small ideas that show customer care: they have lockers where you can leave your luggage until 6 pm after checking out; if you do not need your room cleaned, you can opt out, and they offer a credit that can be used for breakfast, ..... I had a great stay and, if given the opportunity, I would go back.

I like the cleanliness and the quietness in our room. Showers are bright and modern with shelves to put our toiletries. Breakfast was good with attentive staffs, I love their pretzels and danish pastries, they are always fresh every day. Good lockers provided for free till 6pm after checkout. Location is close to munchen haupbanhof and Lufthansa Express bus to/from airport.

Reception is so dimmed maybe it’s the hotel’s theme. Our room was big enough and clean with good bed but our blanket was too small for two maybe that’s why they place another smaller blanket. I just don’t fancy the trapezium position of the bed though.

I stayed in a single room which was really comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was really clean on check in. The hotel offer the opportunity for guests to refuse a room clean in exchange for a voucher for €10 that can be used at the bar/restaurant, and the extras that they sell, like phone chargers, umbrellas, snacks and drinks from the reception fridge(on stays that are a minimum of 2 nights), which I took advantage of. The staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I spent a bit of time at the bar and the service and attitude by the staff (Wolfgang I believe and the young girl with glasses) was exceptional. The cocktails were amazing, with the espresso martini being the best I have ever had. On checkout, you can store your luggage until 6pm in a locker in the basement which is really helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.

I have travelled around the world to many conferences but never during a period of living with COVID and many airline operators and train companies in the UK being on strike. This made some of the logistics for my week trip difficult but the hotel was superb in accepting parcel deliveries for me and helping out with printing etc. The reception staff were so great - a perfect balance of professionalism , care and friendliness, Our twin air conditioned room on the 3rd floor was near the facilities room that had an iron, ice machine etc. Again superb as Munich had three days of a heatwave in June as well. We did not eat at the hotel but picked up sandwiches for breakfast each morning at the nearby central station . We ate locally or a few stops away on the metro. I highly recommend the two stops away Afghanistan restaurant called Chopan. There is a good selection of place to eat nearby , even for my wife who is a vegan. I would highly recommend this hotel.

All great
