Awesome staff, they are helpful in everything. We arrived late and even though nobody was in the reception due to the off hours, they provided detailed instructions for us to access the keys Location. It is just a straight line walk from Hauptbahnhof and within the city centre. You just have to know where you're exiting and walking into, or else you'll reach it by circling far away Room and facilities. They are what every serviced apartment guests would be looking for. The daily complimentary housekeeping option is an icing on the cake. The restaurant just beside it (in which they recommended) has awesome ramen for a place outside Japan. Actually the only ramen place in Europe which got a thumbs up from me so far. All in all, this place has become my standard for what a serviced apartment is supposed to be.

The hotel was in a really good location and the studio room was spacious and well-equipped. There was a free washer and dryer to use on the premises which as a traveller is such a precious bonus! Most of the staff spoke excellent English and were happy to give recommendations which included the practicalities of what train to catch (including the direction and correct stop). We would love to stay there again.

The room was really warm and even when we turned the heating off we found it warm. But there were huge windows and a little outdoor area so we could open doors and windows which helped. The windows tilted open so we felt safe leaving them tilted open when we went to sleep too.

Location is closed old town (7mins walk) and also closed to Nuremberg hbf (6 mins walk ) . Every staff always helpful and efficient. It is definitely good choice to stay here.

Our room can’t be locked and anyone can open it from outside. We just found this problem at last stayed night. Front desk staff helps us to change another room . Except this , everything is OK . I suggest Hotel must check every room’s facilities functional .

Great location, we picked it because we wanted to be near the city center for the Christmas Market and a short walk from the train station. Our flight into was changed so we ended up getting in late after the front desk was closed. We emailed them and they had everything set up and instructions for us to get into the hotel and our room. Short walk to the Christmas Markets and a great central location. Excellent staff, room and bathroom. We would stay here again when we come to Nuremberg.

Location was perfect, bed was so comfortable shower was powerful, WiFi good, bedding was really good quality...we loved everything! Our room was spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they all spoke excellent English. Fabiana in particular is a credit to the hotel, such a lovely woman, we felt so welcomed when we arrived. The Japanese restaurant is amazing, we went twice it was so good!

Absolutely nothing to fault. For once there was nothing at all that we needed or didn't have and nothing that could have been improved!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a very good shower. Breakfast next door at Monki was excellent with a wide selection of breakfast items. Eggs were cooked to order. The hub of Nuremburg is right outside the door and the train station is a short 10 min walk. The parking garage is a short walk (10 mins). We enjoyed our stay and the staff were extremely helpful in all things.

Only a small detail, the kitchen area looked great but the items for cleaning dishes were a bit light on. There was no plug for the sink or cleaning implements to clean dishes with.

Right in the middle of town, everything you could want is within walking distance - we were here for the Christmas markets, which are a short walk away, but there are dozens of restaurants / bars just outside the hotel, and the train station is very close. The room was big (I think we paid more for a non-standard room) and it had a nice kitchenette. I didn't eat breakfast, but I know it is served in the neighbouring restaurant (Japanase I think). We had to extend our stay a couple of times due to external factors, and the staff were extremely helpful in arranging that.

It was quite expensive, but it was high season and the location is great, so I think the value is probably ok. It's a very "low-staff" hotel, so don't expect a presence outside of daytime hours. But everything works fine, we were even able to check-in using the dropbox late at night without anyone needing to be there.

Great Hotel in the center of Nurnberg, staff very friendly and helpful. The room is nicely designed and spacious. Breakfast great and restaurants Monki highly recommended. Will definitely stay here if back to Nurnberg. U ban to the Messe just outside the Hotel.

I absolutely loved the kitchenette. Being able to make a cup of tea and enjoy in the comfort of the room was wonderful. The shower was spacious and a welcome surprise to most European showers. The beds seemed to be a twin plus almost like having an extra half of a twin. Very nice and comfy.

There was only one comfy chair for relaxing and there were 2 of us in the room. It would have been nice to have 2 relaxing chairs.

The staff were very accommodating. We just needed to message them for anything that we needed and it was there right away . The location was excellent, we could walk to so many things quite easily. We love that they had a coffee maker in the room. And the room was clean.

The room was pretty small, it was fine for us as we only stayed 3 nights and we were out a lot but if you are staying longer and wanted to spend more time in the room, or you have a lot of luggage, you might find it a bit tight. The elevator is also quite tiny, which is probably typical for older buildings. But just for people who have a lot of luggage, it might be good to know that they might need to take two trips, which is fine as we did not find it a busy building.
