The location was perfect, close to the old city and the underground stations. Our family room was big, warm and comfortable.
The fact that you have to request the cleaning of the room, at this cost I think it is mandatory for someone to check your room and at least take out the garbage. You shouldn't have to ask for it. My 3-year-old forgot his plush toy in his bed, when we returned several hours after check-out to get it back, they told us the staff did not find it, which I still think is strange...

Facilities and prices are great, the swimming pool and wellness area is great.
Lighting was too dim in the room, sauna is out of order, and the night shift staff are not as helpful as their day-shift colleagues. For instance I was made to wait at a line of check-in just to ask for bottled waters when there is visibly another member of staff that is available, which later helped other guests (which had cut the line) to check in, while i waited for more than 10 minutes for a question that could be answered in 10 seconds.

The hotel is fantastically located for the tourist and easy to get to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay apart from when coming back in the evening and getting a night cap from the bar.
All was excellent at the hotel apart from the service at the BAR which was slow bordering on the moribund at times and tow of the staff members were rude and fond of banging down drinks on the table when questioned about why the service was so slow - and this was not because of how busy there were - there could not have been more than 10-15 customers in the whole bar and there were two staff looking after them.

Would have loved to stay there longer! - loved the location just outside the old city center - nice clean and big enough rooms - great design of the public areas (to my taste) - awesome breakfast
- they could have included the 10 euro per room for usage of the pool and sauna into the price - the sauna door needs to be fixed - check-in was oookay timewise, but checkout was a mess. Only one person was at the counter at 11am-12pm (when most checkouts are happening) trying to handle a big line of people checking in and out. It took too long and it‘s strange, there were no more employees to help here out at the time, when it‘s obviously necessary

I loved everything about my stay! The staff was really friendly, the place is newly renovated and I love the co-working style set-up! Amazing workstations with plugs everywhere conveniently placed. Additionally, the staff took note and ensured I could drink my morning coffee just the way I liked it at no ridiculous add-on charge, which was massively appreciated! Hotels should totally do like a "coffee-only" room add-on. I'd pay for that as many people just don't eat breakfast or want to get it in town or find €24 a little overkill for breakfast. Although I must say, their waffle machines tempted me every morning :). Another thing I massively appreciated is that they respected my choice to continue to speak in English despite my passport being a German one. (Yes, I've had other hotels try to "force" me to speak in German due to my passport...). Thank you! Vielen Dank, for allowing me the right to choose to speak the language I feel most comfortable with speaking by now, without questions or judgment. When I need to visit again, I will be back! No doubt, I will stay at THIS Hotel.
The bar staffing in the lobby seemed a little arbitrary as you had to go to reception every time you wanted to use it. Better opening hours would be helpful as I watched lots of customers try to order things but then not bother because they didn't want to get up and ask at reception. I am generally not a fan of "paid spa's". I appreciate that this one was at least only €10 extra, but I would have preferred it if it was included. Note: The pool was freezing (don't think it's a heated pool) but the incredibly beautifully hot saunas made up for it! Another note: I wish Hotels would stop laying carpet in the hallways.... it's so much harder to push heavy luggage on the carpet. Guessing that's a cost thing...

Great central location modern and contemporary
Reception staff unhelpful and unfriendly I booked a king room and was given a room with 2 single beds so I called reception and had to go back to change rooms which there was no apology for. The shower in the room flooded the bathroom so I wanted all my towels replaced and room cleaned which Scandic have a policy of requesting room cleaning via a QR code or calling reception I called reception 4 times no answer so I went to reception at 1110 and I was told it was not possible as you have to request cleaning by 11am which is ridiculous.I explained that the shower head was not fitted correctly and was showering water everywhere but I was still told it’s too late although they did actually do my room but very unfriendly and unhelpful there was no 4 star customer experience or service.

Great, stylish hotel with comfortable and good sized rooms. We stayed in the standard double room which had a huge TV, iron board, tea & coffee maker. My partner tried the two saunas and pool. The pool was on the smaller size however. We didn’t get to try the gym which was on the 7th floor
We were very happy with the hotel and it’s great if you do a short city trip. Whilst there’s space for hanging up some of your clothes, there wasn’t a proper wardrobe and generally not a lot of space to put your clothes away. This is a minor thing however and wouldn’t prevent me from coming again

I liked the modern bathroom, the room was very comfortable also the bed was very big. The room was also very modern and had nice lighting. I was very impressed by the quality of the breakfast. Also the wellness and spa area was nice and clean. I trained in the gym and it was also very modern. I had everything you need for a little workout. The hotel lobby had a lot of seating possibilities and felt welcoming.
We did not like the temperature of the pool. It was a little bit too cold. For just swimming it was perfect, but if you wanted to relax it was too cold. Also we did not like the elevator situation. We waited 10 min every time we wanted to go up or down.

Almost everything. The receptionists and breakfast team were very friendly and always happy to welcome their guests, making us feel comfortable during our stay. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly and took no longer than 5 minutes for us. The cleaning team also did a great job, as our spotlessly clean room proved. We liked the hard mattress which we slept well on. It was also nice to start our day with a good breakfast of fresh waffles and smoothie. Last but not least, we enjoyed the convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the old town and the main train station, where the stores are also open on Sundays and public holidays. I can highly recommend the hotel for a visit to Nuremberg.
One of the barkeepers who doesn't seem to know how to talk to his customers properly. This was in great contrast to the professional attitude of the receptionists and breakfast team. If his service were at least average, I would have given the hotel a 10.

We stayed for one night and greatly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, with a great shower, comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast the next day was excellent, with so much to choose from and the spacious dining area meant it didn´t feel too crowded. The staff was very friendly and I loved the Christmas touches like free popcorn and Glühwein upon arrival and the advent calendar with chocolates for the guests. The location was ideal for us, since the main station, the old town and the tram to the parade grounds were each a five minute walk away.
We probably could have found out from the website, but we were surprised to learn when we arrived that the pool was not actually included in the price of the room.
