Location perfect. Loved the pools

Too much noise in front room from Railway and A/AC u/s

Location is close from centre, Nice cooperative Staff, and clean room.

Breakfast selection is very limited and poor. Breakfast selection needs to stick with international Sheraton Standards, Amazing german bread and pastries. Limited amout of veggies and fruits, Quality of food needs to be enhanced, it's not accept to offer two kinds of fruits only, and commercial tomato and cucumbers. Limited about of jams and only palm oil peanuts butter. Omletet is very oily. some plates have egg smell !!!! i checked this two times.

The rooms were very clean and big enough. It was close to both train station and city center. The wellness area was good.

The pool area was a bit small and it is closing at 9pm which is quite early. It should be at least 11pm in my opinion. We choose this property for its wellness area. The staff in the pool area was a bit rude to me. She said some thing in German and I didn’t understand. Then she got angry and went out.

wifi can be made without login swimming pool lady was irritating, having several requests and orders to children and adult that are not clearly required by hotel management (no jumping, deliver towels outside pool, use flip flops …etc in the room maintain or replace old furniture regularly water temperature in pool need to be increased

Great breakfast with an egg chef, very tasty. Hotel room are comfortable and a nice size. Bed were comfy. The bar staff, house keeping and reception, really provide a 5 star service. Made my nights stay really worth it. They have a pool and heated pool which was great for morning swim sessions while looking at the view of the city. Would recommend this hotel.

best Italian restaurant in town across the street- looks bad but food was amazing. parking on ground is very good, big car spaces ,easy access from hotel. trains wasn’t a problem - soundproof windows. recommend superior rooms because standard have smaller beds. it was great time ( finally we stayed for 3 nights)

rooms could be more “newer” on TV could be some more channels (Polish language or English MTV) we had problem with one of employees on reception but other employees was great - helpful and kind

The superior twin room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool area on the 9th floor is rather small but has a nice view. Room service was fairly quick but rather expensive. 6€ for a small bottle of juice. In all fairness though, room service is generally expensive. The lunch and dinner menu is small but the food is good.

The hotel restaurant closes at 10 pm. Room service also only available until 10 pm. Room rate

Lokation close to old town

There is no number available on how to call the hotel reception. This may case major problems in medical emergencies. I just guessed that it is #0, but other people may not geuss that well. This is unbelieveble deficiency in many hotels, but Sheraton could be better. Simple sticker on the phone with Hotel Reception # could solve it cheaply. Shame on you Sheraton - be customer oriented and smart after thouse long years in business. Frankly, I do not expect any improvement anyway. Perhaps, bla bla apology and no action. The train we came with was almost 6 hour late, so it was a very pleasant surprise for me to see the hotel from the train right before we arrived at central station in Nürnberg. So, at 21.00 hour we had to work to the hotel just for a few minutes. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was as I expected and the breakfast was very nice even so it was not included in the room rate but for 19 € per person definitely worth to go for it.

Staff were pleasant and extremely helpful, pool is great and the view over Nuremberg is amazing.

Disappointed that housekeeping didn’t replace our teacups for two days and left dirty cups sitting in the countertop. Had to request cups, teabags and creamer twice.
