The staff were all super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent, right next to a Mall with restaurants and right next to the U-bahn so getting around was cheap and simple. Our trip was for a birthday and the very friendly staff at breakfast came over with 3 mini muffins (we were a party of 3) with a candle and gave a personal birthday greeting. How wonderful.

Great location! Right next to the metro station, big mall, library and walking distance to the main railway station. Room was nice, a bit cramped for 3 people but clean and had a nice view of the railyard (nice if you're a train enthusiast ;) They let us leave our bags at the reception for several hours.

The breakfast was lackluster. A lot of variety but less so in quality. Also the dining room was way to small for all the guests that came to eat in the morning. The price for the room was alright because I booked well in advance. It would be less so if I booked last minute.

Location is perfect, staff are great, level of an established hotel chain. Rooms are clean, check in and check out was quite smooth. Breakfast, particularly the longer breakfast interval (6AM to 11AM) was a great option.

Breakfast obviously is a highlight but I kindly recommend the hotel to keep waffel supplies a little bit higher. In our case they ran out of waffels 1 hour before the breakfast end and we were a little disappointed :) The room with pull-out sofa is great but when the sofa is pulled out, there is almost no space to take even a step.

Amazing staff. They were friendly and helpful. Wish I took notes of names. One gave a great recommendation on a Turkish restaurant to try - Laura helped us out on check out. Location is spot on. We were one station away from the Main Station on the U12. Meant we can interchange with other lines so much easier to get around the city.

Breakfast was average. Like for most hotels, it is hard to keep breakfast buffet hot. Hash browns were dried out and scrambled eggs were cold. Rooms were tight if you have the sofa bed out.

The rooms were clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. There were restaurants close by and a shopping centre. The waffles were great! The reception team were very helpful with tourism information.

Breakfast was crazy! People everywhere and the layout of the buffet made it very hard to move around. Both mornings we had to wait for a table to become available and then clear it ourselves. We thought that by the description we would be right in the city centre near the attractions and main shopping area, however it was about a 20 minute walk to the actual city centre. We were right next door to a large shopping centre however and the food court was very good and lots of retail stores.

Excellent location. Only two stops to the City Center. Very helpful staff. The only issue is the parking- I am sure they keep receiving complaints about it but unfortunately they can not do anything about it. There are not enough parking spaces, doesn’t matter how many complaints will receive they are not able to change that. Close by, only 5 minutes by walk there is a garage for 25€/night. Besides this, excellent hotel for the price.

It was 10 minutes away from the central train station and center. There is one metro station directly in the front. The lady in the reception was very kind, we came to hotel 4 hours before check in time to leave the luggages and she helped us and gave us our room. The room was very big and comfortable for 2 persons. The view was very good. The breakfast was good. I strongly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and compliments for our four-legged friends. Our Labradors were treated like royalty with a thoughtful bag of treats as a welcome package. It's clear that the staff genuinely adore pets and are committed to creating a pet-friendly haven for all guests. Our breakfast experience at this hotel was beyond compare. Not only did they offer a rich and diverse spread, but they also catered to our needs effortlessly. The staff quickly set up a baby seat for our little one, ensuring that our family felt comfortable from the moment we sat down. The real star of the show was Mrs. Vesna, who tirelessly kept bringing out delectable delights from the kitchen. Her dedication to making sure we had everything we needed was heartwarming. As if that wasn't enough, they surprised us with a takeaway bag full of fruits and croissants for our journey ahead. Despite the garage being full, they made special arrangements for us to use a spot reserved for Diamond members. To our astonishment, upon checkout, the staff informed us that the parking fee was entirely waived, as we were only staying for one night. This gesture truly exemplifies their commitment to guest satisfaction. Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of remarkable. The warm and genuine hospitality, coupled with their pet-friendly approach, awesome breakfast, and parking convenience, left us absolutely delighted. If you're looking for a hotel that treats both you and your pets like cherished family members, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return for another memorable visit!

Nice hotel, with quite modernly refurbished room. Has all you need, exhaustive breakfast, friendly personel, quiet room, even though it was right next to the railroad.

Only has a few parking spots which cannot be reserved beforehand. If necessary, you can park on the street (free until 8 am, then you need to pay almost 5€ per hour for a maximum duration of 1 or 2hrs). There is however just around the next block a very large parking garage located in the shopping mall, so we parked there in the morning at 2,5€/hr. There is not really a restaurant in the hotel, but you can get several snacks (even Aiki Noodles and pizza) until about midnight.

Very nice property, close to public transportation and the city center. Lots of nice amenities that we didn’t have time to enjoy but looked great nonetheless. Breakfast was spectacular! Recommend having it at the hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room itself was clean and well kept. There was a gigantic television in our room which surprised us. We also had a nice view of the outside.

There is not enough parking for guests. This is a real problem for visitors. There are other more costly alternatives about a 6 minute walk away, or parking on the street. If this issue was solved, the hotel would be top notch. We could have used a mini fridge to store some water or something, alas there was no space in the room for that I believe.
