Only stayed for one night and chose this hotel due to it's locality to Kräherwald parkrun but would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to visit Stuttgart. Firstly the welcome we received was by far the warmest welcome I have ever experienced in a hotel reception, the lady that checked us in was so nice and took time to show us around the facilities and make us feel welcome. The room, although small was well furnished, comfortable and clean. We ate in the rear garden of the hotel, the serving staff were very attentive and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. We had planned to use the swimming pool before leaving but didn't have time however we did go down and check out the facilities and it was all very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel for value for money, comfort and friendliness.

Only gripe for me is the €8 charge for parking but I suppose you can't have everything.

Comfortable room in clean and well presented hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was simple but good (if a little overpriced). Bar was compact but open when required and again staff were friendly. Pleasant outside area though the weather was not good for this during my stay.

Location is only about 2km out of town but all up a very steep hill - taxi recommended.

We had 2 very different reservation requirements. A room for me and my husband, and a room for our son and his family. We were probably in the "newer" or more recently remodeled side of the hotel and everything was great. They were on the other side and hopefully those rooms will be upgraded to match what we had. There was nothing wrong; it was just different but made the difference in the appearance ratings. The staff was great. Especially Isa!!! Food out on the patio was very good. The location was a surprise, but we enjoyed being in the quiet neighborhood.

The SPA area is above average for a hotel: wet & dry sauna with relaxation area, swimming pool that you could actually swim laps in. The staff was super, had a sick wife- staff brought her a couple meals, was really sweet (meals were excellent). Comfortable bed, no a/c but window breeze was more then adequate. Hotel had a lift/elevator, super. The hotel is within 1.5km of Stuttgart main platz.

The hotel is on a significant hill, takes 2 buses from hauptbahnoff but worth it (both bus' run frequently)- do not walk the hill if you have a suitcase. Once you get off the bus it's 5 min walk to the hotel but it's on a fairly flat route.

This is a really nice hotel with amazing service, a little outside of the city in a residential neighbourhood. They have their own restaurant, sauna and swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was really tasty. What I really loved: they had special memory foam pillows in the rooms. Best pillow I've ever had in a hotel.

The shower was very tiny.

breakfast, maultasche soup :), receptionist, pool, sauna, neighborhood, garden, free water, everything & everybody (favorite receptionist & bartender is the very nice Romanian lady, sorry we forgot her name, she was on duty last Friday :))

1, we paid a higher price per night because we booked the room earlier for a PUblic Holiday and we could not change it back 2, we were supposed to leave the hotel at 3 pm to catch our train at 4, we asked for a free late check-out and to use the facilities before 3 pm. we did not want to pay an upcharge so we left at 2 pm and had lunch somewhere else as a consequence, we think it would have been a nice gesture to give us a free late check-out as it was Monday with limited number of guest and we already paid a higher price for the room than the average in the season

Very clean, staff is super friendly. Bed was comfortable, all good! They put gummy bears in your room, they have plastic cups in bathroom. Water in bathroom is very warm. In general it's very clean and neat!

In SPA zone when you go to sauna you have to be naked, when I say you have to, it means there is a sign prohibiting wearing a swim suit. For me it is a bit of a shock, was a bit uncomfortable, would be great to remove this sign and omit this weird rule. Hence we're international guests :)

very nice hotel. extremely nice staff with one exception. but that one ruined everything. the arrogant pompous receptionist ruined everything the team worked hard for this morning. I don't even understand how it is possible to employ a person with such a style.

The facilities were great and all the staff were great and really helpful. The rooms were in a lovely condition and very clean

Excellent hotel. Staff has been very helpful even finding information to help me on a personal matter. Beds are comfortable and rooms nicely decorated. I have used the pool and spa facilities and they were excellent.

I have spent three nights, but my room was not cleaned during my stay. When I insisted, they only emptied the beens. It is a pity for an otherwise excellent service
