Nice budget hotel right in the heart of the city. Easy check in with amiable staff. We’re motorcyclists and so the lift down to the underground garage was just superb. Small room but it had everything we needed. Good shower. Was a hot night, no air conditioning but the room was supplied with a fan which was a life saver. Breakfast on the terrace was good quality, varied & plentiful. Deffo something for everyone. All in all a great place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the city.

Directly across the entrance to Juliusspital Hospital, which was vital due to an emergent injury. Location is also perfect and adjacent to the city center. Pricing, awesome and helpful staff, location, convience, OMG, they were a life saver following necessity for a 4 days stay. Didn't care about the small room or only German TV. You get a room at a great price and perfect location. Breakfast and price are incredible. Very satisfied.

Reception staff really helpful, especially with getting Volvo estate car into the car lift with an inch to spare. Good communication prior to check in. Breakfast very good food and service. Fair selection of snacks and beverages in the vending fridge which operated on a trust basis. Location excellent to explore the city.

A bit warm in the room with no A/C

This is a lovely hotel, the decor is stunning and felt really cosy sat in the lobby. Super friendly team even brought us an ice lolly when we were checking in due to how hot it was. Our room was a great size loads of space for our 2 big cases. I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work but that will probably have been user error. No air conditioning but fans in the room, we knew there wouldn’t be air conditioning but had realised what the daily temps would be. However wouldn’t stop me booking again. Location was perfect, we had an early train to catch and it took under 10 mins to walk to the station. Short walk to great bars, beer gardens and restaurants.

No air conditioning but would still stay again

The hotel was well taken care of and in an excellent location. They were very nice and even let me park in their small garage the day we left. The only problem we had was that half of the street was under construction, and we needed to enter from a different direction than my GPS gave me. I had difficulty negotiating the detour.

Superb, helpful staff. An excellent location in a quiet street. The breakfast choice was wonderful. We had a hotel parking space, our car went in a lift! Stay here, good value for money.

There is no air con. but a fan was very welcome. In September we could manage.

Breakfast was good, but per the staff next time I will order ahead AND let them know we're vegan. Great vegan restaurants nearby.

coffee was not available in room, and had to pay extra to get coffee from the dining room. Would have been nice to have coffee/tea included somehow.

It was in a very convenient location with a car park provided. The staff were lovely and helpful.

However, since it was one of the hot summer days, the room without air conditioning wasn’t ideal. We had to open the window, and the outside noise made us wake up early.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. She gives very clear instructions about parking location. The room is clean.

Due to construction the parking garage is inconvenient however the staff made it clear in advance.
