I love the location of the hotel (about 20 minutes of walk from Synatgma square) and how is at the good Crossroad between the urban and rural part, with bus and metro stations positioned at the very decent distances. There's also the park, about a mile of running North West from a hotel (which has an archeological site of Plato's Academy), where you can do exercises during the day, while enjoying in beautiful view of avenues filled with trees of Oranges, lemons and mandarines. Also, the rooms are large and the beds so comfortable, that I didn't wish to get up in the morning. The staff is helpful, if you need an advice about visiting the locations within the city or outside of Athens, while the food (breakfast) is delicious and diverse.

Nothing that would ruin my stay, except that the Wi-Fi connection was a little bit problematic (due to overuse or not Being adjusted to 5G, but I'm not so sure), which didn't bother me, as I've had enough of my own Internet service, and the sink was leaking in one occassion, while I was shaving myself (again, just an excception which is not a big problem).

The Metaxourgeio train station is basically just around the corner ( you walk out and just turn left, near the roundabout ) .. Also, if you like exploring , you can basically walk to the main hub of the city of Athens which is Monastraiki area ..And if you’re not keen on walking, you can just hail a cab at the front , too ! Will cost you around 5 Euros . Booked a twin room with a view , and boy the view was definitely amazing 😊 The breakfast was great, too ( I couldn’t really complain - it’s not five star menu but definitely equivalent to home cooked breakfast which is more than okay. And if you’re not keen to go further around the area and just want to have a nice dinner close by , then try Alexander The Great Restaurant ( was recommended by one of the staff) .. and my friend and I truly enjoyed it .

The shower head and the bathroom door definitely need fixing but was still functional

The balcony and views were great. The mini fridge in the room was very useful as was the air conditioning in a blistering heatwave. Everything was functional in the hotel and it was good for the price. It was a good location for seeing the main sights and being based near the metro was helpful. There were a few useful places nearby such as Bread Factory and the Vietnamese Restaurant.

We felt safe enough during the day and just walked purposely through some of the surrounding areas. No worse than you would get in any major city. At night, we would use the metro which is conveniently close to the entrance of the hotel. The traffic was a bit noisy but you would expect that in a city.

Located in the Busy area probably in Center of Athens , I got a room where from Balcony , I can see the Acropolis , on top of Hill . The Metaxourghio Metro Station is just 5 Mins Walk . The City central square station Syntagma is within 15 mins by Metro . The Breakfast Spread is Quite Ok . A lean Breakfast was available at 6.00 A.M itself , if we want to leave the hotel at early Morning time. The staff was helping and informative with respect to Islands Tour Booking and local Tourism.

Nothing as such, but the water bottle is charged 1 Euro for guests. The Shower holder at the bathroom wall was broken and I have to take the Shower pipe in hand for bathing. This was an inconvenience. Need to be repaired.

The balcony I enjoyed...seeing busy street scenes and having cold beer watching the world. Close to metro!!!

I give praise for hotels using two glass doors to block traffic noise. It for most parts works, but you are going to hear load motor cycles and cars honking. If you walk towards main ancient sights, you walk thru rather depressed areas of Athens. Appears Athens suffered terribly economic down turn that resulted in many empty buildings and and rough. Looking streets I am afraid to say. Faced no incidences walking thru area, but others might be intimidated. The metro or taxis allows one to avoid depressed areas, however.

Accomodation was fine for a little money you can have everything you need. Also Bfast was surprisingly good, greek yogurt with honey the best. Cool personal and daily room cleaning. 200m from metro. We had balcony view to acropolis cool

Accomodations best time is over should be renovated mattress a bit uncomfortable & location is so-so one street from omonia and more dangerous area you can see needles on ground, be careful where you go during night but main streets are fine, if you avoid Satovriandou street you ll be fine :)

Good location, close to Metro and taxi's. Clean and comfortable, good value for money. Would stay there again.

Reported fridge not working,but nobody came to look at it, as we were only there for a few days not much of a problem. Breakfast not very good(for me) could have had toast or croissants as was advertised as continental.

We booked an Acropolis view room. The view from the tiny balcony was wonderful...but could see nothing from inside the room. Breakfast in the breakfast room was adequate, and although small, we always found a table. Staff (Alexandra) was always welcoming. We were able to walk everywhere...the Plaka, Lykabettus Hill, National Gardens etc. Nearby cheap restaurants...eg Bread Factory, Alexander the Great and the Grill place next to it.

Lots of waiting for the one tiny lift - or walking up spiral stairs. Getting there with bags from the closest Metro was not easy with footpath closed in places. (not the Hotel's fault, I know) Roof top bar and snack restaurant, as advertised on website, were closed. (We WERE given a key to go take a quick look by ourselves.) Public bus stop out front meant always a maze of people to negotiate to get through front door.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel is in a nice central location for getting to many of the main Athens tourist destinations. We were able to walk to many of our destinations, or take very quick taxi rides to get to anything else. Included breakfast was also good, and enjoyed use of the rooftop in the evenings for drinks and views of the city and the Acropolis. Also really liked having a small balcony on our room to get some fresh air.

The bed was quite, quite firm. Bathroom was a smidge small, but not unreasonably so for the overall size of the room. Shower didn't have a curtain or door though, which was fine but felt a little weird.

Reasonable size room well decorated. Comfortable bed. Shower gel and shampoo. Plenty of cupboard space Kettle with tea/coffee etc. Good breakfast, plenty to have. Acropolis view. Centrally located.

Due to it being on a main road it got very noisy outside. This is not down to the hotel and we obviously understand that. The balcony had two doors, one sliding and an outer one that opened outwards. Both couldn't be fully closed at the same time due to the outer one's handle.
