Lovely well equipped (with large TV, fridge freezer, washing machine, nespresso machine) clean, modern apartment In a central location. Fantastic views from the pool.

We are going to sound like grouches but are only writing in this detail to help other travelers make an informed decision. The neighborhood behind the hotel is so poor and deprived with derelict buildings and streets littered with all kinds of waste including human. It’s also on the edge of a rundown red light district and felt unsafe and intimidating even during the day for our teen girls. The fact that the rooftop pool was populated by groups of lads drinking cans - unmonitored by any staff - made it unusable by our kids. Shame because there’s a great view of the Acropolis and the whole city from there.

The location was good. Its a little run down, or maybe "up and coming" but really close to the metro, and there are many places to grab a snack or a coffee. The rooms were fine, good size apartment with balcony. Pool up top was great for an early morning or late evening dip. Kitchen was well equipped with hardware, kettle, Nespresso, diswasher, cooker.

The lighting in our apartment was not very cozy, the living room could do with a lamp. The kitchen comes with plenty of hardware, and pots and pans, but no utensils to take advantage of it. There was no bread knife, or anything to cut large items ( Melon ) No tea towels. There was a washing machine but nothing to air clothes on. There was no where in the apartment with a full length mirror

The beds were comfortable, the ventilation system is great, the room has exterior blinds which control the amount of light in the room. We had more room than we needed. Staff was helpful and provided good information.

This is related to the location of the hotel, which is something that it harder to address. If you intend to walk in the neighborhood you need to be careful of junkeys and darker streets which may be unsafe at night. This is a problem in Athens in the zone where this is located.

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Athens Mosaico Apartments! The facilities were great, and the location was just perfect. The rooftop pool was a huge bonus - such a nice place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The apartment itself was spotless and super comfortable. But what really made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate me. Even after I checked out, they kindly held onto my luggage for a few hours, which made my last day in Athens so much easier. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. Whether you're looking for a short stay or a longer visit, Athens Mosaico Apartments is a fantastic choice!

The apartment is very modern, spacious, light, new and quiet, with a large balcony. It had everything we needed, even a washing machine. There is a small swimming pool on the roof terrace. The location is fine. The neighbourhood is not particularly nice, but it felt safe. The metro is just round the corner and within a few stops you are in the middle of the city center. It is also possible to walk to the city center. Next to the entrance of the building, there are a few very good locations for breakfast.

The way both showers were placed close to the wall was not ideal.

- The pool is surprisingly big. We were alone at the hotel (didn’t see anyone except the cleaning crew for the whole stay) so the pool was for our own disposal whenever we want. It’s about 25 meter long, 2.5 meter wide and 1.4 meter deep for the whole pool. Probably big enough for 3 families of 4 people. Also at night you see the Acropolis lit up, which is very romantic and panoramic. The pool is open always, there is a lift to the last floor and no door. - The fact that there was a full kitchen (oven, microwave, big refrigerator, coffee maker standard + capsules, kettle, full utensils both for eating and preparing food AND A DISHWASHER!!!!) was very helpful for us as we made some food and saved money on restaurants and cafes. - There is a medium sized clothes WASHING MACHINE for your disposal at YOUR OWN APARTMENT. This alone is worth the money. - Overwall the apartment style is very modern. Didn’t feel dated or too much modern. Also the check in doesn’t need to get some key from a lockbox, received the entrance code for both the building and the apartment prior to landing. - The location is on a main road, 4 minutes walk from a metro line. Didn’t have any unpleasant sights at night nor day. It’s about 200 meters away from a police station. There is a bakery 10 minutes walk that is open for basically 24/7. No noise what so ever from the street. - The staff adhered to our requests and was kind enough to provide with anything we needed! Overall would give a 10 review if not for minute details that are listed in the dislike portion of the review.

These are minute details that for me I personally disliked. - The shower head was a bit faulty and the current not as strong as I would like it to be, but gets the job done. - the listing said there’s a 24/7 staff, but there isn’t. All communications were with the hotel management through WhatsApp, which worked, but if there is an emergency they only active for some time During the day. (We had one that we needed a pharmacy at night but the management did respond very fast night and we got through this) For those things alone it’s a 9 and not a 10

The room was amazing, we were actually upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment, which was unnecessary but pretty nice all the same. The bed was comfy, the linen top notch. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was reasonably well-equipped and included some free coffee pods when we first arrived. The use of a washing machine in the apartment was a very welcome asset. The pool area on the rooftop is spectacular, definitely a highlight of the property with an infinity laptop pool overlooking Athens and the Acropolis. Keyless entry is a definite bonus. The property manager was always quick to respond to any queries and the location of the apartment is just a short walk from the Metaxourghio Metro station so everything in Athens is within easy reach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable, affordable and spacious place to stay.

There is no view from the apartment but we knew this and it's really no big deal as the view from the pool area more than makes up for this. The hot water is a little erratic but again, not really a big deal. Some clothes hangers and a tea towel would be a great addition.

What a fabulous find!! After reading several reviews, I regretted my decision to stay here and almost cancelled my booking. I'm glad I didn't, as this place exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered my room, I was blown away by how modern, clean, and large it was. The pool was much larger than expected, and the view from the rooftop was amazing! I will certainly be coming back to stay here next time I'm in Athens.

My only dislike was perhaps the dingy, rundown neighbourhood. I felt a tad unsafe walking around the surrounding streets.

Great location. Very central, 2 minutes from the Metro train station made it extremely easy to get around Athens. The 3 bedroom apartment was very clean and spacious. The roof top infinity pool provides some of the best views of Athens! Highly recommend a dip. Great spot for photos of the sunset over Parthenon. Staff were generally friendly. Alexandra, in particular, at reception was exceptional! Thanks Alexandra for doing your best to make our stay comfortable.

We had no Wi-Fi in our room. They did try to fix it but it was still an issue throughout our stay. This only affected our room but was unfortunately a huge inconvenience as we needed to communicate with work colleagues in different time zones, so had to sit at reception in the early hours of the morning. They did do their best though to try and rectify this problem. The only other feedback would be for cleaning staff to vacate the lifts around checkout times, as this meant long waits to transfer luggage down to the lobby. Perhaps also more sofas ( and more comfortable) in the lobby, to allow a greater number of people to wait there.

Very nice apartments with super well functioning facilities. Rooms and balcony were super nice and the rooftop pool amazing. The self check in worked well. We arrived late at night and entered apartment with no problem.

The apartments are located in a somewhat dodgy area. A lot of drug addicts and misfortune is see on the streets and it was not safe to walk in the streets at night. But close to the metro we didn’t have to, but it certainly was a downer and maybe explains the very good price.
