It was one of the best rentals we’ve ever made a reservation at! A charming old building with high ceilings beautifully renovated in the heart of Athens! Very comfortable super clean facilities! The reception staff were very polite, they accommodate all our needs and answer all of our questions! Housekeeping and clean towels were provided every day! Fully stacked kitchen and refrigerator! My favorite was the towel warming rack! Very close to many restaurants and department stores, to the train station and Syntagma. Most importantly- dog friendly!

I would have liked a microwave to warm up some of the left overs.

Incredibly helpful host that was super communicative and it was really easy to coordinate arrival. The location is excellent: right in the centre but not on the road of Ermou so it is convenient and quit! Our room was massive, with minimal decorative style, beautiful and comfortable. Given the location, the room was quiet. There is some noise coming from inside the hotel, i.e. you can hear people in other rooms, but you cannot hear noise from outside (our room was in the back and not on the main street). Honestly I cannot really complain about anything and would definitely choose to stay there again.

Booking.com had a published offer on the booking that stated free airport transportation for a booking of greater than 295 euros, which I easily exceeded; however, no offer was extended, and when I contacted booking.com I was told such was not true and asked to send a screenshot of the offer and after doing so, had no response back despite multiple attempts; at the end of it all there was a taxi strike on the day of our arrival, and we, two near 70 year olds, had to lug our luggage on the metro in an unfamiliar city after traveling for 24 hours; I will not use your site again for booking again;

Very good location (less than 1 min to the main shopping street Ermou, 5 min to Sintagma Square and the same distance to Monastiraki), surrounded by many restaurants and the hustle and bustle of many small businesses, where you can discover a lot. The hotel itself is an old building completely modernized, clean and has its own roof top with a view of the Acropolis, which can be used by hotel guests. A great discovery! Next time in Athens we will check the availability in this hotel again! And many thanks to the manager, who was able to give us lots of useful tips.

This hotel consists of a limited number of larger apartments, with multiple bedrooms, a living space and kitchen. En suit bathrooms are a feature as well. It opened quite recently (2022?) so the place looks clean, pretty and smooth. There are various things that positively stand out: The overal space is extremely generous (our apartment was almost 90m2/900sqf); it featured high ceilings and the interior decorating is done to a high standard; and bathroom was one of the best I've had in any place I've stayed, in particular due to the space inside of them and the gorgeously powerful showers. Lovely to dip into on a hot Athens afternoon. We also had a small balcony that gave to a pedestrian shopping street. A definitive strongpoint was the hosting. In particular George was a blessing; welcoming us and always keen to provide sincere advice without becoming too intrusive - what a great employee to have! Should you be thinking about renting a car: there's a safe and flexible parking garage 100 metres up the road (13 euro start fee and then 1 euro per hour). Ah yes, there is indeed a view to the Acropolis - with the Parthenon (partly) in sight!

This location is in Monastiri, which is a 5 minute walk from the iconic Plaka neighbourhood imagery. That means it's both less congested with tourists, but also a wee bit more gritty (nothing troubling though) with a fair amount of building renovations going on here and there. It also means one might get a bit of morning noise from vendors opening shops and other predictable stuff.

Clean and spacious. Historic building with a wonderful renovation to cater as accomodation within central Athens. The terrace view of the Acropolis was fantastic- particularly at night. The stone wall as decoration within our provided room was so unique. Kitchen facility within our room accomodation was so important and beneficial. Bathroom and bedroom was fantastic- incl. air conditioning. Very secure premise also.

Unfortunately as so much accommodation available in Greece it was not cheap. However, would certainly stay there again.

My family recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at Athinaidos Quarters by K&K in Athens, and I wanted to share our positive experience. The manager, George (Vorgos), was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. He made sure we were comfortable and went out of his way to assist us whenever needed. We truly appreciated his hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a nice place to relax after exploring the city. We had a great experience and would recommend Athinaidos Quarters to others visiting Athens. Thank you to George and the team for a lovely stay!

George was such an amazing host and the location couldn't have been better for us. Close to tons of shops, great food and bars. The place itself was spotless, we loved getting in the hot tub at night and the view of The Acropolis was breathtaking. George sent us plenty of recommendations for our time in Athens and our stay in Naxos. The terrace overlooking the street out front was fun for people watching too. We will stay the next time we visit Athens without a doubt. Thank you for everything George!

Our room was very spacious and clean. We even had a small balcony with acropolis view. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect right in the heart of athens.

Location is both an advantage and a disadvantage. The street was so alive that there were loud noises nearly all night long and closing the windows didnt help much. If you have problems falling asleep, this might affect you.
