Location was great and the place was very clean and nicely furnished. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Close to metro station. Everything in the apartment was new or in very good condition. Bathroom was clean with nice big towels. Bonus there was a washing machine at the apartment too. Manager was very helpful and good Wi-Fi service. Check in and check out was also very easy.

The stairs leading up to the apartment were not well lit (lights did not always come on so was really dark going down stairs and had to use the flashlight on my phone to navigate). There was an elevator but faster to just walk down the stairs sometimes. Also, while the apartment itself was fantastic, the rest of the building was not in as nice condition.

Beautifully renovated studio apartment. Very comfortable. Good linen. Good location just off Ermou street.

Biggest issue was the emergency light above the apartment door. I'm not sure is a lower wattage unit could be provided under Greek law but the light was so bright that it illuminates the whole room. Eye shades needed to sleep well! Grubby lobby to the building and very old elevator. Two minor things: Milk was provided but no tea or coffee pods were provided. For a one or two night stay I'm not going to search for pods in a local supermarket and buy ten. No hanging rail in the wardrobe unit. Easy fixes.

The location right in the heart of the city is fantastic. Although the building's facade might be a bit intimidating, inside it's a true gem. Stylish decor, impeccable condition, a comfortable mattress, high-quality towels, a welcoming bottle of wine, a coffee machine, and all the essentials in the kitchen made the stay absolutely perfect! Additionally, the convenient self-check-in process added to the overall ease of our stay.

I wish i could stay more

The location of this apartment is great. I was a little nervous at first because it is located in an obscure building. It was actually really easy to find and the access with the key codes was very easy. If you have a car there is a parking garage around the corner. The apartment itself is beautiful. Lots of upgrades, comfortable beds, great kitchen set up, spacious and the bathroom is beautiful. The air-conditioner works great which is a must in the summer.

Location, clean and nice

We had told them we were two adults and 2 kids. They only left towels for 2 people. We tried to contact the staff many times and did not get any answer until the next day. It gave us a sense of insecurity not to be able to contact them in case we had any eventuality

Amazing! Everything was just perfect... location, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean new property, excellent communication with the host. The shower is large with great water pressure. The washing machine was very useful and efficient. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job. Hope to be back again next time we visit Athens.

Exceptionally clean, modern, well planned apartment. You will find all utensils and kitchenware in kitchen, a cofee machine, cold water in a fridge and complimentary bottle of local wine. Liked bathroom and walk in shower. In a walking distance to shopping, Acropolis, etc.

Centrally located. Spotless, very accommodating personnel. It has everything that a traveller needs. Definitely coming back.

I didn't stay enough days :-(

The flats were amazing, very clean and modern. The location is perfect.

No cleaning service. Technical issues with the elevator and accessing the flats however, the owner was really responsive and easy to contact. He sorted and helped as much as he could.

Very clean and new facilities. Complimentary wine, espresso :)
