Very good location with easy access to central Athens. Walking distance to almost everything you want to do whether it is museums, shopping or restaurants.

Depending on which apartment is allocated to you there will be a lot of noice from the neighbourhood until very late at night.

The apartment is in a good location and walkable from any tourist attractions in Athens. Good places to eat nearby and buy groceries. Good connection with the bus, metro and all other means of transport.

The upkeep of the apartment could be better. One chair has a loose screw and my mum fell off the chair. The sofa in the living room was not ina. Good condition. The wifi was very choppy and I had a better speed on my 5G. The freezer was completely filled with ice and non-functional. Considering I was staying in an office season week , these things could have been taken care.

We picked a two bedroom apartment because of the outside space and balcony. It did not disappoint ! The rooms were very spacious,clean and bright. A TV in every room (not that we watched much),was good for those that spend more time inside.

Lack of a few kitchen essentials,bread knife,sharp knives for vegetables,drinking glasses,tea towel and small bowls. Only 4 clothes hangers in a two bedroom apartment was a little lacking! When I mentioned this to reception they said you can have more. Surely this is a must and shouldn’t have to be asked for. The shower drainage was very lacking in the one room we used (no storage in the shower for gel/shampoo etc)the living area balcony door which didn’t lock(was also reported). Bedside table/storage could be better. The mattress along with the sofa were very soft with no support at all,you just sank into them.

Spacious, modern, clean, comfortable space. Professional, respectful and attentive staff. Fantastic location within short 10-15min walk from all major interest points. Ample choice of coffee shops and restaurants in close vicinity.

One issue that might put some visitors off is the level of street noise flooding some rooms in the evening. If you're planning on turning in for the night early and start your day before 9am, ask for quiet room on a higher floor. Outside noise doesn't stop until 1-3am (longer on weekends).

Fantastic location with great staff that were very helpful. Very spacious. Two bathrooms, which is always a plus. Wonderful bathrooms, great showers with lots of hot water. Able to stream shows on the television from the lounge room and both bedrooms. Thanks to the staff that stored our luggage for us and let us check in early and out late!

The beds were a little soft, but large and mostly comfortable. It was a little noisy outside our room at some point in the night, but that is Athens at night in such a great spot. Lift is a little slow and small, but that is my experience in many European locations

The apartment is very spacious and walking distance to all tourist attractions. It is also very near the metro line which makes it easy to move to other areas wiithout having to take cabs, which saves money. Lots of eateries and coffee places downstairs. This apartment is ideal for families or big groups.

Excellent location in Athens, close to everywhere, we walked to Elmo shopping street, Plaka and the two main squares, there is an excellent coffee shop 1 minute from the hotel, we bought a vouchers for breakfast at reception (and added two breakfasts at the café), the reception staff was friendly and helpful

The bathrooms were very spacious (we were in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms), but the shower cubicles were very problematic, the protective glass was very short and all the water came out, the sealing to the wall was also problematic and water leaked, so the whole bathroom was flooded with water.. It is very problematic with children and it was a nightmare because there was also no wiper.... It is such an easy thing to fix and can greatly improve the customer experience!!!

Loved the location close to all the great restaurants and great shopping.

A little difficult for taxis to access drop off pick up. The bed was old and the pillows needed replacing. (Stained and dirty looking) Stairwells and corridors dark and didn’t have sensor lights We are seniors and used the stairs instead of elevator and found it a real safety issue.

Fantastic location: you can easily walk to all the attractions, and have plenty restaurants and bars in the vicinity. 24-hour reception. There is a cafeteria in the lobby area where you can buy breakfast.

You need to request housekeeping for the apartment the day before. We did that; we came back to the apartment at around 5pm and housekeeping had not been done. They showed up at around 5:30pm when we were resting so just gave us some clean towels and took the trash bags.
