Loved this hotel! Wonderful location in the Koukaki neighbourhood, a few minutes walk from Sygrou-Fix metro station. A few blocks away there are multiple car hire firms if hiring a car as part of your stay. The Acropolis and its Museum, and areas like Plaka are all pretty close and walkable. Acropolis is one stop on the Metro, Syntagma is 2 stops. Walking around Koukaki itself is good and there are some really nice nearby restaurants, cafes, coffee shops etc. There's a salsa dancing studio next door if that's your thing, and the Contemporary Art Museum is two minutes along the road. The staff were all super friendly, smiley and helpful. They seemed to go over and above. The hotel has a nice boutique vibe to it. The room we were in was very comfortable with a good bed, nice big Samsung TV, a small balcony, really good shower and nice bathroom It had a desk, fridge, coffee machine etc. - all handy. The breakfast options were good, with some vegetarian options. Our room faced internally in the hotel, with a small balcony, but actually we preferred it to a city view option as the road outside is a main road and extremely busy, so to sleep with the window open we preferred where we were. Our schedule was a bit play-by-ear after our initial week of Athens, but after visiting elsewhere in the country, we ended up booking back in here for the last couple of nights before flying out, instead of even considering other Athens options. Really great value for money too - we got an off-season (November) late deal, which fortunately had a 50% reduction which was an excellent bargain. Would definitely recommend.

Our only slight criticism was that the initial room we went to had a bit of a musty smell, but this was most likely from the air vents going from air-con to heating for the first time in the year. The room we got changed to (with absolutely no problems at all) was a bit bigger and smelled totally fine. The staff couldn't have been more helpful about it.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at Heritage Hill Hotel during our 5-night trip to Athens. This hotel made our holiday truly memorable. The value for money was excellent. The combination of prime location, and great service made it a worthwhile choice. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly helpful, attending to all our requests promptly and with warm smiles that made us feel genuinely cared for. The entire team at the hotel provided a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with outstanding service that left a lasting impression. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Athens. We found ourselves close to major attractions, which made our sightseeing convenient and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Heritage Hill Hotel to anyone planning a visit to Athens. It’s the perfect choice for a comfortable, welcoming, and high-value stay. We would gladly return!

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff. Very clean and spacious rooms with modern shower. The restaurant on the rooftop had a magnificent view of the city and especially the Acropolis. We only had drinks and coffee but they were great! Lots of items to choose from for breakfast in a comfy lounge setting.

We had a room facing the Syggrou street, while it was nice to have a view, the street noise was horrendous even on a high floor. I didn’t sleep well and was awake most of the night. I would not pick a front facing room again or bring ear plugs. New seals on the windows might be something to consider for the hotel.

The hotel has clean rooms with comfortable bed, good AC, small refrigerator, coffee machine, and a TV. The bathroom has a hair dryer, and a good shower, it's a bit smaller but manageable. They serve a very good breakfast. Their staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of Acropolis!

The hotel is on a busy road, so you have bit of road noise, but we went to sleep after walking around Athens all day. The rooftop restaurant doesn't have good vegetarian options. We enjoyed food court opposite the hotel with good vegetarian food.

The hotel is nice and clean, in a great location, close to all main attractions. Very comfortable mattress. The breakfast was great. Hotel stuff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the suite with balcony. The room is facing the main street where there is a lot of traffic, however if you close balcony door there is not a lot of noise left. We didin’t have any problem sleeping. There was an issue when we checked in. The room was clean but the balcony was not. There was a lot of dust from outside on the chairs and the coffee table had some foot prints. However the hotel stuff responded to this very quickly and cleaned everything.

We asked for an early check in and they accepted our request, the reception staff was super nice and helpful, and had great recommendations about the city. The rooms were clean every day, the houskeepers were great. Breakfast was changing every morning so it wasn't boring and the waitresses were also super nice. Location was great, near the metro, near the city center, a lot of markets and restaurants around. Thank You for a perfect vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Soltiris was a fantastic staff member assisting us with early check in and late checkout as well as giving us valuable information about the city, tourist attractions, transport and restaurant recommendations. He was truly a great host. He also assisted us with arranging transport to the airport in a great car service which was well priced. The rooms were all modern, neat and well maintained and had very comfortable beds and linen. Airconditioning and WIFI was perfect. The new restaurant and bar on the top floor is a great place to see the city and have a sundowner. Our first time in Athens and we certainly feel we made the right choice in staying at Heritage Hill Hotel. Location is good and it was a short walk to Acropolis and easy access to bus terminals.

The hotel is new with luxurious finishes. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the linen and towels were of high cotton quality. It offers a good breakfast, plenty of options, and great quality. The service was attentive and fast.

The hotel is on a busy road so there is quite some traffic noise, despite the high quality of the window frames and glasses. If you are a light sleeper, it might be difficult, though this applies to all the hotels in the city. The gym is rather small and has low ceilings, but I assume most visitors won't use it anyway.

Great location - metro station 3 min away from the hotel, one metro stop and you are close to Acropolis and major sights, bus station opposite the hotel - easy to get to the beach and the harbor. The hotel is located in a hipster neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes open till late. The neighborhood feels quite safe in the nights. The hotel itself is modern and very cozy. We had a room with windows to the courtyard so it was quiet at night. The air conditioning and ventilation system worked well. There was a wonderful breakfast. Special thanks to the staff for their helpfulness and assistance.

The doors to the room close quite loudly, so it might annoy someone.

Clean and comfortable room. Fridge, coffee maker, comfortable bed, helpful staff and AC control in room. Local to all main sites in Athens. Amazing breakfast and room cleaned daily. Sotiris at reception was the perfect help to get around the city with great tips and advise on exploring. We personally enjoyed the flea market and local tavernas. Perfect host and hotel for our stay in the city.

Room 601 potentially has a broken window handle which made sleeping at night difficult as we could hear all the road noises. This was not the case when we upgraded our room on the last day as we waited a better view of the Acropolis.
