Muse Urban Suites is outstanding! Communication with Gigi early on allowed us to seamlessly move from the airport to the apartment as she arranged our transportation and we could contact the driver (Achilleas) before and at arrival. The apartment suite was large, neatly decorated and clean. Please note this is an apartment suite not a hotel so room cleaning/towel changing occurs every 3rd day unless you request more often. The location is in the heart of everything making it easy to reach every tourist location (Acropolis, Agora, Plaka stairs etc.) in minutes by foot. Due to its location there could be a little bit of nighttime noise but not enough to bother us 60 year olds.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was new, spotlessly clean, and smelled fresh. The water temperature in the shower was perfect, whether hot or cold, and bathrooms in the hall and in the room clean as well ensuring a comfortable stay. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and made us feel secure from the moment we arrived. The easy access in and out of the hotel was convenient, and the location couldn’t be better. With numerous restaurants and fun activities nearby, we were never short of things to do. Highly recommend Muse Urban Suites for anyone visiting Athens!

We loved the room and the location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do - Acropolis, shopping, restaurants. The place looked all new inside and perfectly clean. Gigi was especially helpful in arranging transfer from our cruise. We could see the Parthenon from our window! Would 100% stay here again, it was perfect for us. The suite let us have our grown daughter and her friend with us but in a separate area with a door in between. So awesome!

The hotel's location is undoubtedly its standout feature. Nestled close to Old Athens, it is an ideal base for those keen to explore the city's rich history and many attractions. Every major site seemed just a stone's throw away, making our excursions effortless and enjoyable. Our room was another highlight of our stay. Not only was it well-appointed and comfortable, but it also featured a sizeable terrace. This outdoor space added a touch of luxury to our visit, offering a private spot to relax and enjoy the Athenian atmosphere. All in all, for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the heart of Athens while enjoying a comfortable stay, this hotel in Monastik comes highly recommended. The combination of its prime location and the bonus of a spacious terrace makes it a top choice for travellers to the city.

This wasn't your normal hotel room - it was more like a small apartment. We weren't real sure at first what we were getting into as the location is a little hard to get to. The entrance is located in between a couple of shops and the street in front is for pedestrian only, so you have to walk with your luggage about a city block. We were very pleasantly surprised at how cute it was and how quiet it was, considering the location.

Super centrally located, we walked everywhere in the city and it was no more than 15 mins for the key places. We had a lovely balcony in our room, and it was very safe with the lock in the front door as well as the card for the room. It had AC, heating, a kettle, quipped kitchen with cutlery, good toiletries - everything you could ask for. The room size was great, and the team provided Nespresso capsules for the morning, which was a nice touch. Also, a lift so you don’t have to lug any luggage up stairs!

Nothing really - it was great. You’ll need to take your suitcases approx 50m from the main square as cars aren’t allowed in the area, but honestly nothing to compare with all the benefits you have!!!

Nicely styled, modern, clean apartment in a central location in Athens. Friendly and helpful staff available at a mini check in desk. Space was very flexible - we fit a family of 4 using couch beds. Staff was happy to store bags for.us after checkout. Walkable to nearly everything in Athens.

We had an issue with the air conditioning unit leaking water that wasn't fixed during our stay, but wasn't a huge problem. There is a lot of noise from the stores below the apartments, especially the heavy metal.music store, until late at night (maybe midnight?). So the location may not be great for light sleepers.

Interesting location in the middle of the flea market means that you’re in the middle of all the action. It’s tricky to find but make sure to check your mail for instructions on how to find it. Once you get the instructions, you are good. Also make sure to tell them what time to expect you. Suite was very comfortable and nicely decorated and they had set up crib for the baby, which was nice.

No 24 hr desk makes it inconvenient at times but Kosta was very helpful and did his best to accommodate us so we didn’t mind too much. Tv wasn’t connected but we didn’t mind because we weren’t interested in it anyway. Tip to management: please add an iron to rooms for clothes. And coffee creamer.

The staff are super friendly, easy to talk to and very accomodating. The property has elevators which is very convenient if you are bringing luggages. Located at the heart of Athens (most of the usual tourist sites are 10-15 mins walk). Super close to the train station (3 ish mins walk). Rooms were super clean, modern and has AC. Great place and location overall. 100% would stay here again!

The room was dry roomy! kitchen, dining table, living room and large bathroom (heated towel warmer!). Gigi was so helpful in so many ways. I got lost finding the place as in middle of flea market but they were great about making sure I found it! I was worried about evening noise as I’m a light sleeper but no problem. Location was close to everything and we walked everywhere. Slight concern as no full time reception but the communication was very efficient. Take the offer of the hotel providing a ride to/from airport. You may pay a little more but the ease and convenience is so worth it. Great place to stay!
