Clean, well equipped, nicely furnished flat. It is a great price for what you get including a nice balcony. There are shops and restaurants nearby and the area is nice. There are bus stops near by to get into the centre.

The location isn't always the best when you want to go into town. Lots of walking and waiting for buses, and often switching to the metro on a journey.

The apartment is large, clean, with almost everything you need: a washing machine, a dishwasher, two toilets, a comfortable bed, a large fold-out sofa, convenient for children, comfortable furniture, decent equipped kitchen. Necessarily information have been sent in advance. The owner responded very fast and we could use the central heating, as the weather was chill for a few days. The area is reasonable quiet for a dense populated city. Be aware is not in the center or subway, but the transport goes well. We had no problem walking to the center, but it is not a short distance. Shops, cafes, bakeries, some restaurants are all within walking distance. Gregory's is just beneath for a coffee, pastries or a sandwich.

Just a few minor things I mentioned to the owner.

The place is spacious, well compartmented with bedrooms on opposite sides and the kitchen + living area in the middle. It has a 360 view with balconies running on each side, good coffee downstairs at Gregorys. Has everything you need for a short or long stay: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stove etc. Amazing value for money

It wasn't that clean but I'm cherry picking. Pretty far from city center but well connected nonetheless. We only got one set of towels and we stayed 6 nights. They didn't include coffee although downstairs, at Gregorys, you could get a 10 pack of capsules for 3 euros but they would charge you 10 euros for some.

The property is easy to spot which is sometimes a challenge with airbnbs… in this case the apartments are located upstairs from a Gregory’s cafe so it’s super easy to spot ! The instructions provided were clear and allowed us to check in late at night after a delayed flight and to check out on an early morning . The apartment itself was modern , clean and had anything you would need , utensils , plates , soap , towels etc Lastly the neighborhood was nice and safe with many shops in walking distance as well as restaurants and supermarkets and easily accessible to Athens center by a quick taxi ride . We’d stay again !

Nothing to note

This is one of the nicest city apartments I have ever stayed in. It has everything you need, even three tvs and all the kitchen facilities for a longer stay. Everything seemed quite new and the communication with Chris was well over normal good service. The location was great with around 30 minutes to Syntagma by foot and it still felt very local and Greek. The cafe downstairs and pizza (almost like real Italian pizza) place just by the next corner were a bonus as well. I would definitely be coming back, as the value of the property was just perfect too.

The only thing if I would have to mention something was that I had to buy my own bin bags, otherwise everything was excellent and I wished I could have stayed longer than three nights.

The apartment is beautiful and spaceous. Super clean. Good beds, very delightful kitchen. Two toilets, super nice bathroom/shower. Balcony is amazing, view to street hypnotizing. Easy access to busses. Marketa close by. Cafe downstairs, providing bakery products ans freshly squeezed juices, smoothies and other drinks and great salads. Cafe also delivers as room service. Many markets close by. Friendly, safe neighbourhood. Quick access to centre. Taxes quickly available. Very highly recommend. Host always available for contact, quick and genuinly friendly replies.

On the plus side, there were many aspects, but for me personally, the possibility of using the cafe downstairs was the best thing. This is not part of a mansion but an original Greek cafe... For sure, when going to Athens, I will start my search for accommodation with Odyssey Residence.

... ;)It's so forceful is: no big knife to cut a watermelon. And it was probably a coincidence... looking at the whole service, but there were no garbage bags, and with the specific service of toilets in Athens, we had to buy them quickly :) 0.5 €.

This is the second time that my family has stayed at this remarkable apartment. We liked it so much last year that we wanted to return. Odyssey Residence deserves the glowing reviews it receives. It is comfortable, very clean, and well equipped. The washer, dishwasher, and elevator are all extra appreciated, and it is a rare find in Athens to get 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in 1 apartment. My family plans to make this home base whenever we are in Greece.

The sewer like odor in the elevator. This probably can't be helped, due to the age of both the city and the area.

The interior was fresh and pleasant, seamless self check-in. There is a cafe right downstairs with reasonable prices for coffee and sandwiches. Location not too bad, many local cafes and restaurants, but metro is 20 min away.

The worst was the noise of the street, especially in one room it was very hard to sleep, even with closed windows, if you are used to silence. It appears Athens never sleep, so it was very loud 24/7. Also, there wasn't enough soup in the containers and one tiny bottle of shower gel provided for the entire stay. I understand it's an appartment, but it does say you'll have toiletries, so it's quite cheap not to include enough of soap in every room, at least.

A nice, big and clean apartment in the centre of Athens with a huge balcony. So nice tot drink a cup of tea overviewing the city. In a 40 minutes walk you are in the heart of the touristic area. Our host Natassa was very helpfull. She answered all our questions so quickly and arranged a good airport transfer. Really an excellent place to stay.
