Good location, good value for money, clean and comfy. The apartment is just what I needed for a short stay in Athens. Had a few troubles entering the apartment at first because the digital pad wasn't visible and not working properly. When I called the agency I got immediate help over the phone. The agent sent me a video explaining how to use the digital pad and stayed on the phone until it worked (tried approx 5 times). Would definitely recommend to others

The flat was the perfect choice for our stay in Athens, as it was very close to the city centre (20 minutes walking distance and 5 minutes by car). Around there are a lot of shops, bar, and everything you need, and the flat contains all the facilities and comforts. The aspect I liked most was the cleanliness of the flat, and everything was new, all the kitchen facilities, dishes, and the air conditioning. We really enjoyed staying in this flat, and I'll try to book the same flat next time I'm going to Athensm.

Everything was perfect, even parking the car around was very easy at every time of the day, and we felt at home. Another advantage is not being within the crowded city centre of Athens, otherwise it would have been definitely not relaxing and finding a park with the car would have been extremely challenging.

Bright, clean, modern, internet good, online and telephone response was good as we had questions when we first arrived (noone to show us in), kitchen is complete (coffee and coffee maker provided but no other eatables). Cleaner came in every few days- very nice person. Location was good because we know Kallithea....just a walk to the high street with supermarket, cafes, main square/park further on, etc. If you have a car it is at crossroads to all directions in Athens so you can avoid some local traffic. If you have no car you will have to walk 15min one way and more another way to get a metro. It's about 30 minutes walk to the ancient areas but make sure you check the roads so you can cross the big intersections! all said we would go back.

The apartment is very good but it would be better if it matched the pictures. (ours was fine but the pics showed the biggest apt so misleading) There is an iron but no ironing board, a balcony but no chairs, only a kitchen bar so nowhere to set up a computer if you are planning to do any work and it needs an extra electrical extension cord or 2 with a power bar so that devices can be recharged without unplugging the kettle or the lamps. Suggestion that you travel with one of those multi-plugs so you aren't caught out and make sure you have the plugs for Greece!

It was a clean and comfortable apartment. In July in Athens it is crutial to have a well functioning airconditioner. This apartment has two. So it was wonderful. The apartment we had was a corner one so we had a wonderful and long balcony that turned round the corner. The sistem for getting the keys is perfect for CoVid times: we just got some codes to get into the building and to unlock the key-box by the door. It worked perfect. No human contact. Yet for every other issue that we had we got super fast answers and solutions from a perfect team. A lot of thanks for Thomas, Christina and Alex. Great job! wifi worked perfectly as well.

The area is non turistic yet it is 20 minutes walk from the main attractions. We used taxi as well 7-9 euros to Pireas port or Acropolis area. So I would put it well situated as it resulted for us. I would say some of the furniture are non-expensive so does not look really solid, yet it was great value for the money.

Clean and well organized appartement ! The building is calm and so is the area, the checking / checkout process is so easy and smooth, Nikki was of a big help , they provided us with cleaning services every 2 days! I totally recommend

Easy check-in, prompt responses from the booking team through Booking.com, clean apartment, lounge and facilities were good. Accessories provided. One restaurant and mini market within walking distance.

Should have had a microwave and a spare convertor plug for travellers. Location was bit difficult to find for most taxi drivers. Had a small security issue towards the end of the stay with cleaning staff leaving the master key in the lock outside. Promptly notified the booking staff, luckily no damage done.

The apartment was in a quiet area but close to the centre. An easy travel on the Metro or walking distance. There were restaurants and shops nearby for self catering options

There were not two separate bedrooms. One big area in the basement had been split up using a glass block screen. It was OK but not the two bedrooms that we were led to believe were available

Appartment is big, clean, has everything you need for a long stay (dishes and clothes washing machine, air conditionning). The place is located 20 min - 30 min by foot to the acropole/ central area. Had the good surprise to have the towels changed every 2 days I recommended the owner to decrease the tempreture for the hot water (check and be carefull when you check-in)

Better pillows

Calm and comfortable place; There is always somewhere to park your car nearby; Have a washing machine; Plenty of space to store things.
