Friendly helpful staff. Had the option to use the 4th floor Could have had a massage on site on the 4th floor Free use of loungers on the beach ⛱️ Only had to ask to have use of ironing board/iron and was there within seconds to your room. Anything wrong in the room was dealt with in minutes ( we needed to freshen up after long hours traveling. Found shower head was broken) Shower gel, clean towels every day. If you were not ready to have your room cleaned ( due to a lie in ), the cleaner would come back. All you had to do is communicate with them Lovely friendly ladies

Bathroom floor after a shower.. lethal, you do need to put a towel down on the floor once you have used it, even tho there is a bath mat ... it's like a walk-in shower, but the toilet is sort of in it, too ! Extremely slippery when going back in the bathroom Make sure you move the toilet roll, and it gets soaked also. The door that leads onto your balcony / veranda doesn't close to stop any bugs going in as you can not close the door behind you. No handle !

We loved the family atmosphere and the welcoming of the staff that really makes this hotel a must do visit on my list This was our second visit and we were pleasantly welcomed I don't have enough words to describe how good and clean this hotel is The hotel manager was very attentive and professional It was nice to see they kept some of the staff from last year and added new staff a special thanks to Miguel and to the girls at reception they were superb We will definitely go back to this hotel when visiting Corfu again See you all soon Elsa Franco and family

Nothing to refer

Hotel is in a very good location beachfront in a quiet area and also Close to the main street full of shops, restaurants. The staff is very nice always willing to help if need it. The hotel is very clean and I will highly recommend for a nice and relax holiday in Kavos.

Breakfast should start at 07:30 instead of 08:00 as the guests might have to leave the hotel early if they will go on different trips.

Amazing staff, super helpful and friendly, every day with an infectious smile and a good laugh. The location is pretty well split between buildings and facilities and a bit away from the main road, shielding you from traffic and people noises. Also, the property has a decent number of parking spots. The travel agency right on the main road has excellent prices and services and they were super helpful with cancelling one sea trip for us when we had a sea sickness issue. We were upgraded to a pool view room, again amazing customer service. The property had evening events with various themes almost every night. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. And I cannot forget Margarita with her amazing Freddie cappuccino and freddo espresso skills. Special mention to Ketty at reception who was a delight ( i hope I did not butcher her name).

We had a bit of a plumbing issue in our room meaning if as a girl you wanted to take a longer shower or wash your hair you ended up with the Great Lakes in the bathroom. Given the rating of the hotel and the temperatures we could have used more than one bottle of water for 7 days for 2 people.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great beach area, clean and comfortable sunbeds. Isolated from city noise.

Poor range of food. Only three choices for breakfast which wasn't pleasant.

Very beautiful reception and lobby, all in greek style and marble. We had nice room with access to the pool. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast with plenty of options. The staff is super nice, always available to you and ready to help. Especially thanks to lady Ines, she made us a very lovely welcome and we got the upgrade room! The beach is in front of the hotel, sunbeds and umbrellas included. Hotel is in the centre of Kavos, many restaurants, shops and bars around. We didn’t miss anything.

Hotel is in the centre of Kavos so it can get pretty wild at night (parties etc.) but we didn’t mind.

Great location, in front of a beach with warm water. The room was super clean, and there were cleaners often cleaning the social area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a desert and nice beach in the other size of the island, which is not full of teenagers looking for a party.

The superior room are on the ground floor with people passing in front of the balcony, looks like the standard room, but costs more. Due to the lack of sea view, we moved to a standard room on the second floor, with a much better view. The bathroom I'm our room and social area had a horrible smell, unacceptable from a hotel that claims 4 stars. The breakfast is poor considering the price per night in August.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location (beachfront). The environment was pleasant and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly and restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!). Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards :) just to mention, beautiful flowers all around the hotel which makes it even more beautiful.

I loved walking into our room to find out there was a pool out of the terrace. And the beach was steps away from the restaurant and communal pool. Great location. Everyone in the team was so friendly and got out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Great people skills. Specially the girls at the reception that did a great job with my request to celebrate our anniversary. And also one of the waitresses (I can’t remember her name… long dark hair, glasses) she was serving us drinks at the beach always with a smile. 😀

Hotel has its own sandy beach, very shallow, safe for kids probably. Location is nice — close to main road with supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby. Marble everywhere, superclean. Double rooms with sea view are awesome and have a lot of space. Good shower. WiFi covers the whole territory including sunbeds on the beach, no issues with internet at all. Large parking. Breakfasts are just fine, wide variety of food, good beans coffee.

Everyone in the hotel was nice except the guy in the bar — he was super rude! What's wrong with him?
