Mosquitos

Great value for money. Staff were very kind. Was nervous after reading other reviews but it was fine. There is air conditioning in the room free of charge. Bathroom was clean.

Would not recommend Kavos, it’s a party town with lots of young drunk people. If that’s not your vibe then it is quite far away from the rest of the island. I have no fault of the property, but I wouldn’t go back to kavos

The only good thing about this property is that it was close to the town walking distance and there was parking

it was not worth the money. everything was very old even the beds you could feel the springs and mattress in the kitchen the refrigerator and the cooking area was outdated. The air-conditioning is not included in the price and I had to pay extra since it was really hot the weekend we were there. all in all just not worth a price.

Very very very rude staff. We rented 3 rooms for a night and all of the rooms are in a very very bad cleaning situation there are some black like insect poofs inside the refrigerator. The water running in all the faucets are incredibly smelly that we didn't even manage to brush nor shower using the water. I had my son inside the bathroom and when that staff sees my apartment door open she said you have to close the door because the electricity is very expensive and the air conditioning will consume a lot which we paid extra by the way ,I explained and said I cannot close the door yet because I'm waiting for my son to go out the bathroom then I'll close it she said no you have to close it and then open when he comes out in a very rude manner. We didn't even sleep well because the apartment is packed with mosquitos. During our check out she asked for our passport and TIN no. When I asked why she rudely and sarcastically said that Is it your first time to rent or stay in a hotel in a very very insulting manner. I was booking accomodations ever since at this site but never ever that I encountered such bad treatment. I still have a lot say negatively but ill stop from here. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing at all

The owner immediately greeted us by showing us our room and taking away the air conditioner remote. She demanded 8€ (extra, for one night) if we wanted to use it. It was above 35 degrees so we had no choice. On top of this, the Air Con unit was semi-removed from the only room, it was basically fighting for it's life to cool an inaccessible part of the room, above the fridge and toilet, where they placed it in a corner that doesn't send air in a feelable area. We arrived and immediately noticed the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, a strong odor of sewage remained and there were big spider webs in the corners of the room. What's more, the 2 single beds they placed together to be used as a double bed are not the same height. What a joke haha. Upon asking if I could check out slightly later, the owner was reluctant then said ok. Immediately going back on what she said, at 11:10 she was knocking on the door yelling at us in Greek. She was swearing. The photos on booking are not to be trusted, there's no pool & there are loud party areas all around this hotel. Don't recommend for anybody who wants sleep.
