I had a very nice holiday in this place. The guesthouse is away from the center, so it's quiet and peaceful. If you want get fun you can go to the center in 15 minutes walk. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked flawlessly. Wi-fi worked good at room and the pool. A kitchen was small, but it wasn't a big problem. Only the refrigerator could be cleaner or be replaced, because her glory days are long over. Rubbish from the room were picked up from time to time, we were given enough towels for the length of our stay. The bathroom was small, but standard for Greek conditions. Pool was very clean, replenished and serviced on a regular basis. There are enough sun loungers for guests. If you need something, Natalia is there to help. Natalia, thank you for hosting us! P.S. I think put a toaster in the kitchen would be a great option for guests. Or at least for people like me who love to eat toast for breakfast :)

Wow, I felt really taken care of. Hosts Natalia& Alex are enjoying what they do with their heart. You can feel that place is been taken good care if. If I needed something they were there to help and assist. Very friendly, humble people. And have to mention that room was shinning, it was so clean like I haven't seen in Greece or actually anywhere else. The swimming pool is beautiful. And the sea is just 5min away, perfect for morning dip. Maybe not the best beach for sunbathing as there seaweed, but hosts offered to take with car to other beaches. That's so cool. And very peaceful, away from the noise of Kavos and also road. Thank you so much!

There wasn't really anything I didn't enjoy. It was such great experience overall.

Palmyra Studios is situated in the picturesque quite area, surrounded by olive grove and forrest. We had the studio on the upper floor (N 8) with beautiful view from the both sides, see fotos attached. The studio was basic yet functional (ensuite, relatively comfy beds, equiped kitchenette, good wi fi, balcony, etc), and for the reasonable price - exactly what we were looking for. Upon arrival we found a bottle of water in the fridge, salt, sugar, dish detergent, kitchen towels and mosquito repellent. Communication with hosts was good, and check-in was stress-free. Natalia the hostess allowed us early check-in and late check-out at no cost, and provided us with free sun umbrella, thanks a lot. We rented a scooter, and beautiful, wide, not overcrowded beaches (Arkoudilas, Gardenos, Kanouli), and big supermarkets (Lidl, etc) were available for us. Green bus stop is in the close proximity whilst the loud main strip of Kavos is far enough. All in all, value for money.

Location is amazing, very quiet area, beautiful view to the grove olive, see, mountains,5-7minits walk to the main road of Kavos with supermarkets, restaurants, beach, clubs.Apartments - studio, not to big, on the same time well equipped. Nice swimming pool, clean water, BBQ area, comfortable sun beds, separate romantic place with curtains. Every room has terrace and air conditioner. Good WiFi. Owners Natalia and Aleksej very friendly, helpful, open couple❤️. They treat there's guests everyone like a special!!!😍 If you need something else, special just ask them, they will help you. They helped us to organise a few trips . We had feeling like we are a part of family, very cosy atmosphere. Definitely we are coming back and advice to our friends and colleagues. Everything was perfect

The hosts, Natalia and her husband are extremely kind and accommodating, willing to help, answer questions, give recommendations for everything in Corfu. The rooms are very good, super clean, you have everything you need. Everything in the description is correct, and you can only have better than the above. The pool is wonderful, clean and means a lot for complete enjoyment. The location is ideal, you don't mind the noise coming from the parties in Kavos, and yet it's only a 6 to 7 minute easy walk to Kavos. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

The location is very quiet and peaceful, exact what we were looking for. The city center of Kavos is just a km away from the Studios. So even if you are looking for a party or a night life, you can enjoy at the center of Kavos.We went there by a car. It is better to rent a car if anyone wants to travel to Corfu and want to stay at southside. Palmyra Studios has enough places to park your car as well as public bus station is in a walking distance from the venue. So, the location is perfect for either way. Our host, Natalia was friendly and helpful to us. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

Wi-fi didn't work inside our room.

No clean sheets given for a stay of over a week. I couldn't enjoy my balcony cos neighbours both heavy smokers...obv not the fault of the apartment, but may be good to have upstairs smoking, downstairs not. Terrible wifi, didn't reach balcony, never mind room.

The location is great. It'svery near Kavos, 5 to 10 minutes on foot. We had the access to private beach with sunbeds, the shop and the bus stop are nearby. The pool was nice, the air conditioning on the upper floor was working properly and there are nice spots to meet and talk in the evenings.

Hornets...if someone is allergic or has a phobia it's really disturbing when the sun is down and sometimes during the day

I had a really nice time staying in the apartment. Everything was great and the host is really helpful with everything you ask or need. Really nice place, quiet, for the perfect rest. And if you wanna go to the city center, it's an easy walk. Good connections with bus to Corfu city.

There is nothing I didn't like. Would definitly recommend this place.

We felt like at home and had a nice experience with Natalia and Alex who took nicely care about us and showed maximum of hospitality. Palmyra studios are in the best peaceful location surrounded with the greenery and olive trees and out of the craziness and crowds of Kavos which is 10 min by walk. Here you will hear just the wonderful sound of birds and bees. You will find a good sleep too and a nice pool cleaned by Alex on a daily basis( what was very important to see, for me). Rooms are just basic with small kitchen and aircon, all that very clean and you won't be missing anything. Recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good rest and nice stay for holiday of a week no matter if solo or as a couple. Just the comment and complain about the closest beaches which they were across the street and not nicest we saw in life. That is something what was disappointing for us so it was necessary to walk far from studios, all the way through the town, to find the ended piece of the beach and piece of a nice sand and clean entrance into the sea. But even in that, we found fun and a hundred of café bars and tavernas for a dinner. For the guests who got their own car there are other wild beaches for must see! As well there is a mini market in the neighbourhood just a minut by walk.
