Great service, stay, and scenery. Facilities excelllent. Great beach and eats nearby.

This place has one major problem that it needs to address, that is constantly getting it negative reviews.. Due to the very hilly nature of the site the hotel is connected to multiple levels by many numerous steps. If you have any form of MOBILITY ISSUE the is place will be a nightmare for you as there is no one to help with luggage.

* A very large bed, even too large * Cleanliness - the room was cleaned every day * Breakfast - large and varied (vege options, lots of vegetables and fruit, a good selection of cheeses and cold cuts, as well as some local products). * location - close to Agios Nikolaos, Jerapetra and Sitia, as well as many beaches. * deep swimming pool where you can swim freely. * garden with many sun loungers, also in the shade, where you can relax in peace.

* the room was really small, I was only there for four nights and my luggage was relatively small, but a longer stay would have been a bit of a challenge.

Dinning staff kept everything beautifully clean and tidy. All staff went above and beyond for us

Everything was fabulous. Only thing I could say is the food at dining times could be warmer, Maybe a microwave in the dining area I heat the he food up. The whole hotel is kept beautifully clean !!

Good breakfast with lovely view. Excellent restaurants in easy walking distance. Good beach within walking distance. Nice swimming pool with a view. Good games room. Lots of fun evening activities.

Lack of parasols around the pool. Poor WiFi in the bedrooms. More snack options at the pool bar would have been good.

The breakfast quality is poor (didn't have other meals there), also the waiters could greet and smile 🙂. Above our room there was a terracce and each evening there was somebody 2-3 hours moving with furniture and it was quite noisy 😅. The bathroom needs and refit and parking place could be bigger (but i can understand that its not easy 🙂).

The staff was very friendly and eager to please. The breakfast was very good and the pool and pool area looked very inviting.

The WiFi could have been better. I understand they were installing bigger antennas to give greater coverage. I hope this helps.

They have a very welcoming and wonderful staff, ready to accomodate you're every request. The view from the breakfast bufee is wonderfull. You also have a pool, but let's face it, you come to crete to go to the beaches.

Nice hotel with cool activities and facilities. Close to nice spots like Agios Nikolaos or voulisma

The room could have been a little more modern especially the bathroom. The hotel is on a mountain so prepare your calves !

Great location, nice view from the pool, clean rooms, breakfast with various choices…We really enjoyed our stay here :)

The only thing I didn’t like is that at breakfast bread was never fresh.
