The hotel has a really nice location, close to the action, but not in it. The staff is really nice, approachable and professional. The breakfast is surprisingly adequate. Shout out to Kiril from reception for the amazing recommendations and kindness.

The sound isolation of the door and the walls is non-existent. We could hear the footsteps of everyone in the hallway throughout the night, especially those with flip-flips smacking the tiles in the hallway. When people talked in the hallway it was like they were in our room. This is something that really requires fixing. Wearing earplugs couldn’t help how loud it was. We were lucky our balcony is on the opposite side of the main street so at least it was quite from there.

Very good and substantial breakfast ❤️ Cleaning on the rooms everyday. Very friendly staff . Perfect location close to the beach and shops.

Very nice personnel, cleaning every day, although the sign on the reception said every other day. Breakfast quite basic, but included fruits and eggs, which is enough to get the day started. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minute to the large supermarket, but if you are lazy, there is a shop just next doors. Location very central, but not completely in the middle of everything, so quite silent during the night. The only improvement could be more effective AC as we had to wait for good 30 minutes to get the temperature to the okay level.

After changing hotels from afandou , after a terrible first night , to falaraki premier ,we were greeted by the wonderfully lovely Irene. She was extremely helpful , friendly, nothing was too much for her . She made our stay a much better experience To be honest all the staff were lovely and helpful but she went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this hotel, was on the main strip of bars and restaurants which were lively at night but music quietened down around 2am. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the hotel down the same strip.

Everything, we arrived before check in time, so expected to have to wait a few hours, but luckily there was a room available. We travelled over from Turkey for our anniversary, we told the guy on reception this, then when we returned to our room there was a complimentary bottle of prosecco :) The room was lovely and clean, bright and comfy. Massive balcony. The shower not having a door, so the whole bathroom got soaked, but wasn't a major issue. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Staff we're great :)

My stay at Faliraki Premium Hotel was absolutely great. Nice modern rooms, good breakfast, staff were nice and very helpful, especially Irena.

the staff met all our requests and were very friendly, giving us good advice. breakfast was varied, with sweet and savory. The location is excellent, right in the center of Faliraki and a few steps from the beach. the room was clean and of adequate size, the beds were very comfortable.

It can happen that you hear very loud music coming from the place opposite until late at night. for us this was not a problem, but we were there in low season

I like everything offered by the hotel. First off all, the hotel locates at the heart of Faliraki. It is 100 meters far from AB Food market and 150 meters far from RHODES Downtown Bus station. Breakfast is amazing..As a globetrotter; I have had a few hotel that offers such quality breakfast.. I like the staff, decoration and the hospitality so much.

Cleanliness and convenience for beach and centre. Good choice of basic buffet breakfast (hot and cold items), regularly refreshed during their generous breakfast hours. Coffee tasted like hot water but found good alternative in cafe across the road. Good shower and plenty hot water (although mindful of need to conserve water on islands such as Rhodes).

Walls are a little thin but with the air con on, which was necessary in September, the background noise disappeared.

Friendly staff, able to answer questions. Good size rooms and balcony. Clean rooms and bathroom. Very close to the beach. Mini fridge in room was very handy

Would like more juice options for breakfast. The whole bathroom got wet when showering, especially the toilet as nothing to stop the water splashing outside the shower area. More channels on the TV would be nice.
