The facilities are modern. The breakfast was plentiful and varied each day. All the staff were excellent at all times. They were wonderful organising day trips for me with great tour guide. I can’t recommend this hotel more highly. They made my visit to Ioannina a highlight of all my travels. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. Would 100% stay there again.

We enjoyed the “home alike” ambience and especially the staff , Ifigenia was amazing and helped us a lot during our stay giving us tips. We are thankful that we had free parking in a garage nearby. The bed is comfy .

The lighting in the room is very low and I understand that it’s meant to keep a cozy vibe but it would be more useful to have more light .

Our stay was simply amazing. The hotel is brand-new. The room decoration was modern. The bed had a comfortable size and a high-end mattress. The breakfast was delicious. A parking slot was available daily for our car something very important when you visit Ioannina, a city with no parking slots at all. The hotel was centrally located at a silent and nice neighborhood. The hotel employees including but not limited to the manager, receptionists and the cook were polite and helpful, trying to accommodate all our needs. We could not ask anything more from our stay and we will definitely come back soon! Thank you again for making our trip to your city unique!

The facility is great, the breakfast outstanding, but above everything the staff. They were always with a smile and making us feel very well cared for. The location is very good, walking distance to many places to eat, the castle and museums.

I didn’t find anything to dislike.

The staff was very kind and would do everything to please guest, hotel has option to park a car in a nearby garage, some meals of breakfest were very tasty - really exceptional

The queen bed in our room was quite narrow (I assume 140cm, maximum 160), in room you could hear quite alot of noise from other rooms and from corridor

The way breakfast is managed is problematic. Quality and quantity are of a high standard, but should be treated differently. The hotel is excellent and the breakfast management is the only weak point.

The breakfast was a la carte and you could choose from different local dishes. Freshly made orange juice and local mountain tea were very good additions. Even though we were a bit late in the morning the staff made no problem and served a late breakfast to us. We really enjoyed everything.

The stuff is exceptional! The hotel is great, very modern and has a cozy interior. The a/c perfect, toilet very functional, the automatic blinds on windows... All very pretty and comfy!

Great hotel with a very welcoming and kind staff! The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the center with all the restaurants and shops, so it was located on a quiet area. The breakfast was really good and we got to choose what we wanted. I especially liked the shower - spacious, clean, good water pressure. Great hotel I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

Air conditioning/ heating system in the room. Ecologically sensitive system, but not effective during the spring, as still provides heat and not cool air in the room. A visit in the middle of summer or winter should be ok, but in spring, if hot you need to rely on opening windows.
