I’ve never had a more exceptional travel experience in my life. The staff went above and beyond in every way—helping with our bags and, to our delight, ensuring they were already in our room when we returned from parking. They provided a detailed map for the parking lot, took custom coffee orders, and delivered everything with unmatched friendliness and politeness. Every interaction was warm and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and our stay was flawless from start to finish. We had no requests because everything was perfect. This is a true five-star experience, and we will enthusiastically recommend this place to everyone we know planning a visit to Ioannina.

The hotel is in the best location in Ioannina. You do not need to use a car you can go everywhere on foot. The hotel has it own parking 100 meters from the hotel. It is next to the area that all the restaurants bars shops are located. The rooms are very quite and you can enjoy your sleep. The facilities are soooo cozy with very nice decoration and confortable beds and furnitures. It is super clean and the breakfast is every day different with a variety of local hand made recipes. Last but not least the personnel of this hotel is exceptional, they are there to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable . Always available and willing to give you advises of where to go and what to do. We will definitely come back. I fully recommend this place

Everything was perfect honestly I have nothing to mention

My wife and I booked Hotel Antique at the recommendation of our local friend, and we stayed here in our five days in Ioannina. The interior of the hotel is quaint and cosy. There were several things we liked about this hotel, such as: 1) Excellent location in the city centre. There are numerous good restaurants within short walking distance. The lake and shopping street are all very close by as well. 2) Safe and very clean. Probably the most important attribute to any traveller. 3) Staff are very warm and helpful (hi Irina!) Breakfast spread also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Antique, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ioannina!

A beautifully restored mansion-in-the-city steps from the Castle, the lakefront, and the main shopping district. The accommodations were first-rate and the breakfast varied and delicious (included in the price). Importantly, the staff was superb. My spouse has mobility problems and the manager went to all length to accommodate us. Lastly, although a smallish boutique hotel, the front desk staff offered concierge-level services, proposing venues and making reservations. Absolutely recommended!

After having been on a sailing charter the prior week, our room felt especially spacious - there was plenty of room for my husband to do some work while I slept in the super comfy bed. The hotel staff were very accommodating, assisting with luggage, etc. We had to depart a bit earlier than planned, so they insisted that we take a breakfast to go (delicious!). Wish we’d had more time to explore the surrounding area! We had great dinner at a local restaurant half a block away - will need to plan a return trip to stay longer next time.

Excellent boutique hotel about thirty meters away from the entrance to Ioannina castle, opposite an excellent bakery, close to the lake and the ferry, near a minimarket and as many restaurants as you wish. The rooms are very well appointed and squeaky clean, with plenty of storage space, a superb spa shower, honey toiletries and strong water pressure. Our room faced the courtyard and was very quiet. Varied breakfast with Greek and Continental choices. Stellar family owners and staff for whom nothing is a problem.

My fault - I found the pillows too heavy and hard but did not ask to replace them, as they suggest in the website. Next time…

From the time of check-in to the day of check-out the staff made you feel welcome and pampered. Breakfast was a a daily treat, with so many choices of delicious and just cooked foods, and fresh coffee made to your order. The patio was perfect for breakfast and was conducive to conversations with fellow travelers. The room was lovely and had all the appointments necessary to make you comfortable. The staff was unusual in their care and concern in making sure your stay in Ioannina was great and they were definitely successful.

It was hard to leave.

The best hotel we stayed in during our vacation in Northern Greece. A boutique hotel located in the heart of the city. Beautiful and well-equipped rooms. very comfortable Excellent and welcoming staff. They helped us with everything we asked for. Good and rich breakfast. Quality coffee. Pay attention to the small details. You see that there is a high level of service and quality from the moment you enter the hotel.

There is nothing to improve. All is well. Just a note, since the hotel is in the city center there is no adjacent parking. There is parking 200 meters away at a cost of 5 euros per day. You have to unload your luggage at the hotel and proceed to the parking lot.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have staid at anywhere. Great location, clean, tastefully decorated and friendly/genuine staff.

Nothing really, it was all good. I can’t really think of much more they could have done to improve the experience. It’s a small family-run boutique hotel so don’t expect a lot of extra stuff like a swimming pool or gym, but for what it is it’s just right.
