- Good location in the centre of the city. - No luxury but very solid hotel, good cleanliness. - Round the clock staff, I arrived late and had no problem. - Came at a competitive pricepoint.

- Soundproofing rather poor - paper thin walls (and I had rather noisy neighbours) and noise from outside as well. I wouldn't have coped without earplugs. - I asked for a non-smoking room and got one with an ash tray... Luckily didn't smell, but be prepared that the property isn't non-smoking.

Room was clean although quite small. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful both checking in and out. Location was very good and bed was fairly comfortable.

If you stay, try not to park your car in the free underground parking. If you car is much larger than a Volkswagen Beetle, you will have an interesting time. It is narrow with lots of concrete poles and tight turns.

Excellent choice for a short stay at Ioannina. Located at the city center with several cafeterias and patisseries nearby. It is at a walking distance (5 min) from the restaurants at "Averof street" and about 10 min from the lake. The rooms were very clean. The personnel was very friendly and willing to help.

The shower was too small and the bed mattress to stiff (it is a matter of taste!)

Very well maintained old hotel with authentic atmosphere from the last century, with old furniture and charm from the past. Great experience, like travel back in time! Nice staff with really good local recommendations for restaurants, cafes and places to visit! Central location, everything in walking distance. Not to forget the free underground parking next to the hotel!

I was traveling and I didn't have time to stay more. Ioannina is a special place that's worth visiting for few days, relax and enjoy!

Very close to everything, tiny room and great wifi. The fridge was so cool and also the tiny room had everything you need for a night stay to the city center. Underground parking for my non suv car and i had no issue parking there.

A bit old facilities but that is understandable for the price point!

Excellent value hotel, right in the heart of Ioannina, walking distance to all the eateries and also to the lake and castle. Ideal location. The staff were also really polite and helpful. The room was large with a comfortable double bed and en-suite shower room.

The decor was a little dated but can't complain at the price point. Excellent value for money 👍🏻

We stayed in Ioannina for three days for a conference. The hotel is in a central position, in a very nice area full of cafes, shops and close to the lake front and to the historical citadel. Very clean and very kind staff!

They let me check in straight away even though I got there before check in time which was great after a long tiring journey. Nowt fancy, but in a good location about halfway between the bus station and the old town. It has what I need, a shower, a toilet and a clean comfy bed. I like the balcony. Friendly helpful staff.

There were no hooks to hang clothes on

Very clean and cosy room, suitable for a comfortable overnight. The hotel's location is a great asset.

The water in the shower needed a while to get hot enough. The parking was quite cramped but still convenient.

The location is perfect. Very centric and close to all types of service

There is only one plug-in in the room and it is far away from the bed and table, a bit meaningless. The shower curtain has no virtual use as water splits everywhere.
