We had a really nice stay at the hotel. We have booked a room with mountain view but they upgraded it to a room with pool view at no price increase. The room had everything we needed. We just asked for a couple pillows more. The host was really nice and helpful. He gave us many suggestions on where to go and what to do. The pool area is beautiful. The location is very convenient as it's close to beautiful beaches and not too far from Chania.

We liked everything but if we have to say something, rooms are quite old style even if they have all comforts.

Beautiful hotel, helpful owner and staff and a pool to lounge by- the area is a sun trap, so hot as no breeze, Facilities clean and tidy always,

My only gripe and it really is being picky is the sun beds which I found ok are wooden slat and probably need a cushion to lay your bum/ back into for a lazy comfort But I could have placed 2 towels down on each lounger to provide me with a bit of comfort So really u could say I could have done more about it but when on holiday you don’t tend to think like that Otherwise no issues at this lovely hotel

Kissamos hotel was one of our favorite stays ever.🧡 Located just a few minutes walk from Kissamos center, close to Balos, Falassarna and Elafonissi beach (top 3 beaches in Crete!), walking distance to bakeries and stores, with parking and pool. This is family owned business, owners are extremely friendly, always available for all questions and requests. Rooms were clean and we had everyone we need for a perfect stay. I would gladly recommend everyone to choose this property for they stay in Crete and we would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our time in Kissamos hotel, the location is very nice and very close to the city center, there is a very nice bakery just across the hotel, many stores and supermarkets. The staff and the host were very friendly and helpful. Since we were on our honeymoon they gave us a free upgrade. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with local and fresh products. The rooms were supper clean. We highly recommend it!

We were here 3 days for a small family vacation (4 people + 1 infant). This family run hotel is in the middle of the "larger" city "Kissamos" and can serve as a good point to discover several surroundings. The hotel staff and the owners (Manolis and his brother) are extremely friendly and nothing is too much for them if you acquire any assistance or information (f.ex extra pillows, where to rent a quad, ...) . Breakfast has a good value for money, the swimming pool is very clean, airconditioning in the somewhat smaller rooms works perfect, etc Upon my booking I wrote for a baby cod and upon arrival this was already set-up in the room. There is a small private parking near the hotel but also in the surroundings you will find easily parking. The bar of the swimming pool offers a nice selection of local or international drinks at modest pricing.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Manolis gave us useful tips for our wonder throughout beaches and suggestions on where to eat tipical Cretan food. The hotel is a traditional gem of this small seaside town, 3 minutes walks from the shops and restaurants. The hotel is charming and elegant in its simplicity. The internal patio with the pool is lovely and enjoyable any time during the day, for breakfast and in the evening. The view from the room towards the pool and seaside is enchanting. Very clean room, supercomfy super king size bed and nice breakfast. The position is strategic from the breathtaking beaches in the surrounding (elafonissi, balos, falasarna). We felt welcomed and at home. Highly recommended.

I really liked the kindness of the staff (Manolis and his brother). They gave us very good suggestions about restaurants where to eat and they have been always available for any need. The rooms are perfectly clean. We originally booked the room facing the street but since it was available, the staff was kind enough to gave us the he sea-view room which was amazing and allowed us to enjoy amazing sunsets from the terrace. The location is perfect if you want to visit the famous Balos and Falasarna. Moreover, they have an amazing pool where you can relax and have a local beer when you come back from the beach. Considering all these things I would definitely come back to this hotel which provides you with an amazing value for money.

Friendly and helpful Drakakis brothers are the third generation of hotelier family and rightly proud of their property which boasts a beautiful pool and alfresco bar and breakfast area.

A common complaint of we seasoned travellers is that there are many hotels (like this otherwise fine establishment) that have no or not enough shelves or hooks to accommodate luggage and clothing.

Our rooms were lovely, we were upgraded to rooms overlooking the pool and the sea. A lovely pool. There was plenty of choice and as much as you could possibly want for breakfast with many local ingredients, a great relaxing start to the day on the terrace by the pool. The rooms were spotlessly clean with a daily service. The owners of the hotel were very friendly, helpful (nothing was too much trouble for them)and made us feel so welcome - we will definitely be returning to this wonderful family run hotel.
