A wonderful experience at this beachfront hotel! We had a great stay at this hotel, located right on the beach, which made our vacation incredibly relaxing. We arrived late at night on the day of check-in and were pleasantly surprised to find helpful notes from the staff that made it easy to locate our room. This attention to detail was greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean and spacious, with daily housekeeping, which was important to us. Additionally, the hotel provides towels for both the beach and the pool, which saved us from packing extra. The hotel also has a well-maintained private pool, perfect for when we wanted a break from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation with all the necessary amenities!

Amazing view of the sea and mountains from the balcony . Good choice of tavernas only a short walk from the hotel . Plenty of shops , supermarket, bus station nearby ( we took a bus to Chania and Falassarna Beach ) Very good breakfast , salads , selection of sweet and savory pastries , fruits . Clean swimming pool and there were always some sun beds available . Friendly staff .

Air con was a bit noisy ( especially at night ) People smoking cigarettes on their balconies .

This was our second time in Crete and the first time we stayed at the Christina Beach Hotel in Kissamos. We felt at home, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We highlight the cleanliness of all the facilities and in particular the room. Breakfast: superlative! Excellent products and variety, the sea view to start the day was the best. The location in Kissamos is perfect and strategic to explore the island and visit the best beaches in Crete: Elaphonisis, Balos and Phalasarna. The Hotel is located on the beach a meters from the best restaurants in Kissamos, our favorite Kouzoumama. We definitely recommend the Chritina Beach Hotel and we will return!

Convenient location with great sea views, and within easy walking distance of the sea front tavernas and museum. Plenty of parking spaces. Great breakfast - decent coffee and very good pastries and salad. Very good pool - excellent for swimming lengths. Plenty to do in the vicinity - Balos, Falasarna, Polyrinia etc. Spacious room with large comfy bed. Laid back atmosphere - very quiet and relaxed. Kitchenette useful for self-catering when needed.

Fittings in room a little tired. No hot water in the morning.

We had a sea view room and it was lovely to be so close. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was great and the air con was very effective. Some lovely restaurants along the sea front too.

The living area of the room was very bland. Some colour or a painting etc would make it more homely. Would be good to have some wine glasses in the kitchen. The lighting and ambience in the bar at night wasn’t very welcoming; needs to be less bright and softer. Would make it such a nicer place to go after dinner.

Everything was great- the staff were always nice and wanted to help, the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, the lobby and hotel view was beautiful, the room was very clean and we were offered room service daily to keep it nice as well. Very close to Balos and Chania, so a lot of things to do as well. I do not have anything negative to say about this experience, I would 1000% recommend and love to go again. (But if you want a hotel with an actual private beach I wouldn't suggest this hotel, beach area is very small and rocky with shells. It isn't fit for swimming in the same way as other beaches in Chania or in the surrounding areas, but it's nice to lay outside.)

This is a very nice hotel right at the sea front. The room was big, newly furnished and very clean, with a kitchen-closet option. It had all the amenities. Nice little terrace with table and view on the sea, very calm and enjoyable at night . The swimming pool is g r e a t! Clean and very nice, with area perfect for small kids as well, our 2 and 6 yo had their best time!! Sunbeds, towels and a nice pool bar with drinks and snacks. Breakfast was a big buffet with both savory and sweet, cretan typical pastries, veggie options, fruits, bread cakes etc. I really enjoyed it. Also there was a kids' area with toys right next to the tables which was perfect for the kids to play while having a relaxed breakfast. A lot of board games available. Personnel was very kind. The location is also great, right next to the seaside front area with all the restaurants & bars for the evening stroll, and 5mins walking from the center, second option for the stroll (kissamos is very small). Free and easy parking in front of the hotel.

There is no gym! Air conditioner right on top of the bed, it was impossible not to direct the. air towards one of us..

Amazing view is the great addition to the breakfast. Everyday our room has been cleaned and all our towels and bedsheet changed. Best part was that the view from every side of our apartment had at least some sea. We've heard calming sounds of the waves crashing nonstop. Wife wasn't 100% into it so it was just a matter of closing the window at night, but I really enjoyed it.

I've found some medical drugs among many other "toys" in the kindergarden area. This little area prepared for children could be cleaned and I'm not sure if every item in there is exactly suitable for children to play. Personally I'd remove the guns and every other military toys as well as "chamber pot" that was laying in there.

Great place to stay in Kissamos, right on the seafront with a small strip of restaurants 2 minutes walk away. Rooms are lovely and large. While ours didn't have a sea view, our balcony did and there was a welcome breeze up there. Pool area is very nice and the pool is a good size. Great view of the sea from the bar.. Plenty of free parking outside. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Only one point, at 12 euro the breakfast is a little overpriced compared to everywhere else we stayed. The buffet area is somewhat cramped and food took a long time to be replaced when it ran out. Wouldn't stop me returning here though.

Nice rooms with beautiful view. Lovely staff and the manager helped with transport, all our questions and gave excellent suggestions for restaurant to see the beautiful sunset by Falassarna. He even provided a cake with candles in the room for my father’s 80 birthday. Everything clean and tidy and lovely breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and selections of food. Thank you for a very nice week.
