As all experienced travelers know, the 5* stars are due to those experiences which are not only based on the facilities (which by the way are great), but mostly on the service offered by the team members and staff. Grecotel La Riviera has excellent professionals operating in tandem, going at great lengths to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, offering you a wide array of options for any request. They are all politely eager to help, offering you info and guidance. There is a feeling that all team members are there waiting just for you, to solve your next request and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. From the little details to the overall experience, we highly recommend Grecotel La Riviera resort as it exceeds the level of service of major 5* star resorts that we have visited globally! Great resort with fantastic landscape and exceptional service. It is impressive how a resort of this size can sustain exceptional service throughout all points of customer interactions. This is not a boutique size, 10-people hotel, this is almost a small town size resort with hundreds of service personnel. From the very welcome point, we were greeted with smiles and kindness, and the willingness to provide exceptional service extended throughout our stay in all points of room service, restaurants, pools, aqua park facilities, and beach bars service. Kids are very welcome, they can do tons of fun stuff around the resort in a safe and organized manner.

Really nothing to dislike or complain about, but let me state the obvious: the resort's potential is bigger than what is offered at present. Renovation of rooms is long overdue, it is obvious and visible without special attention. The renovation (and re-imagination) will make the experience even better. Functional elements need to be reimagined and made intuitively available to match what people expect from a room in a five-star hotel. The shortcomings of the room fittings will not stop anyone from having a great vacation here, as one will use the room for sleeping, and enjoy most of the day in the fun places around the resort.

We loved the resort and the grounds which are steps away from the spectacular warm ocean. The food was exceptional, the breakfast plentiful, varied and truly something for everybody’s needs. I can’t say enough to describe adequately the service which was amazing. The hosts and hostesses were outstanding and so very friendly. The grounds, ocean and and variety of services was superb! If I could give the Grecotel la Riviera six stars I would!

We loved absolutely everything!

We were upgraded to Oasis Olympia Hotel so this review is based on that- Wow!! What a hotel! From the moment we walked into the hotel to the moment we left it was faultless! Staff went over and above to help us and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was ever a bother to the staff, the food was out of the world. We never once had a bad meal. We were all inclusive which was just amazing! The pool areas were clean and very relaxing along with the beaches. Plenty to do for children. The aqua park is fantastic!! Even for adults. You will have fun. Again all the staff were so helpful and friendly. We have travelled all over the world and I mean this when I say this but this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in!

Nothing! Everything was perfect

The pools and the beach were perfect. Staff were always nice and helpful. Food was really good to with a large variety to chose from.

The rooms weren't cleaned properly. More so the bathrooms where thinck dust and hair were just left in the corners and even under chairs in the main room. A little run down for a five star resort.

The communal areas were absolutely brilliant! Very Greek decor and felt very luxurious Buffet was excellent food and variations (& normally I don’t like a buffet service!)

The bedrooms were disappointing, felt aged and needs some TLC and modernisation. There was a ikea type draw at the entrance which was worn out/chipped at the bottom. Old safety deposit box and small fridge. All the a la cart restaurants were booked up days in advance, if I had know I would have booked in advance of my stay. However we were meeting friends at the hotel who live in a different country, so waited until we were together to make detailed arrangements once we had a feel for the place (it’s our first visit!) I would expect it to be possible to book at least a day in advance.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff through were very attentive to our needs. Especially the staff members making up our rooms. Rooms 1522 & 1523. Everything about our stay was amazing and we will definitely be returning with our families!

I couldn’t fault anything!

The astonishing beach. The big bed. The fun waterslides. The Grecogarden bio tour. Most employees (except a few grumpy ones) where very joyfull and polite.

Dirty pools and the hotels (aquapark was clean). Most employees didn't know the asmwers to simple question about their facilities, activities etc.

Fantastic hotel with more things to do and food to enjoy that we could have ever had time for. Also - the most family friendly hotel we’ve ever been to, with some of the kindest, most helpful staff in the whole sector. Didn’t meet a single person who wasn’t kind and who didn’t helped us as soon as they could.

We liked everything!

This was an all around happy package! Amazing good breakfast. A really lovely location. It was our second stay here and we will come again.

Little things: Room furnishings not quite up to date. There are no towels in the gym. And unfortunately the price is also quite high by now.
