We were in apartment 13, it was comfy, spacious and clean. Everything was provided for your stay, even coffee and fruit juice. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was good. It is in a quiet residential area very close to the Olympic Stadium which was excellent for us. About a 10 minute walk you are on the main bus routes into the centre of Athens. We had an excellent stay, just wish we’d had an extra day to see more of the sights of Athens. Also great communication from the hosts with the self check in process and general information.

Scope for improvements - Good to have smoke alarms or fire extinguishers in the house - increase the number of kitchen utensils. Can be helpful when guests stay longs than 3-4 days - Having sliding shower door will be beneficial. - Maybe good to have more powerful extractor fans in the bathroom. - One for Booking.com and not for the host: there was a promotion of free taxi service as part of this booking, but this was never provided by booking.com

The apartment had everything including kitchenware, coffee and tea and water and even fruit juice. It was impeccable. Everything you need. It was easy to access. The bathroom was clean and functional and included a hairdryer . The bed was amazingly comfortable. Also the air conditioner was useful as it was hot. The TV was situated perfectly. I was blown away by the cleanliness, space, facilities, cost and location. I highly recommend this place. Perfect!

There was nothing to dislike. A perfect accommodation for anyone.

I love the location and the fact that the building is residential. Also the bed was comfortable and brand new as well as the living room space . TV had lots of options for channels ! Meanwhile the kitchen and the balcony as well as the fact we re situated on the last floor / attic area and that the ceiling is bevelled needs some improvement and updating. But overall the value for the money is great in regards with the location and facilities.

We had a two night stay.The location is close to the hospital YGEIA (a safe part of Athens) whereby there is a taxi stand. One can choose to go shopping at Athens Mall that is nearby and will only cost 5 euros by taxi. Also, at Kifisias Avenue that is close to the hospital, one can take the bus to Megaron ''The Athens Concert Hall'' and from there take the Tube (Metro) and go to the city centre with only 1.20 euro/person. With the same ticket (as I later found out) it can be used for 90 minutes, Finally, the taxi fare from the airport to the apartment cost us 40 euros and it was approximately a 30 min drive. I recommend this spacious apartment (I4) for 3 persons. In the summer, this area of Athens has a slight cool breeze as oppposed to the scorching sun in the city centre.

The corridor of the semi-basement had a constant strong smell of washing powder as just below is the basement is where the washing and ironing is done.

Liked that we had a code to get in the gate and main door. When we arrived, the apartment key was in the door, waiting for us. We got a video to guide us in and we watched and downloaded this prior to arriving, and again on arrival. The apartment was very comfortable. It had a fridge/freezer, as well as a cooker top and sink and coffee maker. Easy to use and the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Shower was great, as long as others hadn't used all the hot water, was great pressure and could get very hot. We had an issue and the owners were very easy to get hold of, and responded fairly quickly and always with pleasant communication. We didn't expect any cleaning over the two weeks, due to Covid-19 regulations; however, the floors were swept and mopped, the kitchen and the bathroom were cleaned, we had fresh towels and fresh bedding during our stay. Thank you. The apartment was a mere 5 minutes from the IVF clinic we were using (ARK, Flemingk, Hygeia Hospital).

We had an issue with something rattling from the basement, which was loud within the apartment. The owners tried to stop this; it was a part that was rattling, causing vibration sounds. They succeeded in reducing the noise; however, we were still aware of it. This would not impact our decision to stay again; if we need to return to Athens, this will be our first choice. Felt that the room would also benefit from a toaster and a microwave. Felt that the bathroom sink was noisy; presumed it was due to being sub basement, reduced the noise by placing a small cup over the plug hole overnight, which worked well.

Lovely little apartment in a residential area. All apartments in the building are rented for short term. We chose it due to its location as we were going to a concert in OAKA. Clean and quiet and well equipped. Didn’t mind the fact that it was a semi-basement as it is very bright.

Nothing negative to say except that the location might not be so convenient if you are visiting tourist attractions in Athens centre.

It was very close to the ivf clinic we attended. 2 cafes nearby for breakfast and coffee. The host was quick to reply when the batteries on the remote died and delivered some right away!

Not too much available within less than 20 minutes walking distance. Dinners were a bit tough to find if we weren’t up for the walk but not entirely horrible. The kitchen is very plain and could use some additional things like basic spices or more cutlery etc.
