The hotel is pleasantly designed and relaxing. Rooms are big enough, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Staff is extremely accommodating (they didn't have lactose-free breakfast the first morning, the next morning I had it). The area is quite and very close to the hospital and restaurant-rich Chalandri

Breakfast is somewhat limited for such a quality hotel. There's no dining area inside, breakfast is taken in the room or at the entrance area (which is nice and has sofas, but is not designed to eat). Cleaning service is outside, same-day service is unlikely

Water provided in fridge on arrival, extremely close to IVF unit, shops & chemist less than 30secs away. All the staff very friendly, very clean accommodation, cleaner daily, basic but plentiful breakfast.

No desk in the standard room, no iron (one shared between the whole building & even when requested twice, still didn’t get it so stopped asking!)& no hand wash in bathroom (I went shop to purchase my own)

We came to Athens for medical reasons, but it felt more like a holiday thanks to the wonderful staff in Stay Inn Filothei. They did everything they could to accommodate us including a special breakfast and we felt thoroughly taken care of. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

I booked a suite on the 4th floor, the room was rather big with a kitchen, a balcony and a terrace with hydromassage tube (though we didn't use it in January). This room is the only one on the floor so it's quite spacious. The location was perfect for us - close to the hospital. Breakfast was good: coffee, yoghurt, pastries (not much variety but everything we needed).

I stayed here for 2 weeks as I was having medical treatment at the near by hospital. The staff could not have been more kind and helpful. They were all just so lovely every day and made me feel at home. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great. There are enough amenities near by and then more action in about a 20 minute walk in Chalandri. I would absolutely stay here again!

Staff: All of them were very kind, polite and helpful again like last time! We arrived late at night and they were thoughtful enough to send us the directions and all details we needed in order to get to our room! We keep booking this hotel for our visits to Athens and they never disappoint!

great location for our purpose (attending an event at the Olympic stadium - a 10-15 minute walk away) and beautiful room. very friendly staff.

Only problem was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, had to use blankets/cushions to try to make it comfier but wasn’t great. the actual bed however was comfortable.

Convenient location for the hospital

The room I was in had too many lights that stayed on when the main lights were off. The smoke alarm light flashed, the tv light is bright red and the green light above the door illuminated the room as well.

The room was modern and clean. The beds were really comfortable and the reception staff very helpful and polite.

The hotel is hard to spot as it is small and rather hidden. You can miss it if you drive past as it needs a much bigger sign! The rooms need to be slightly bigger as they are very small. It is not for more than a one night stay.
