The host was amazing giving us a lot of recommendations and also taking us back to the port the day of our check-out for only 20€. Quality price difficult to beat given the crazy high prices at Mykonos. Pick-up from port/airport is included in price. It was very well located with bus station nearby taking you to old town or to the beaches. It also has a 24h grocery shop and a great place to have breakfast/Brunch (Bruno) 6-7 min away.

The bathroom's sink was very small and uncomfortable

The room was lovely, facilities were great, pool was very nice - better than pictures. The owner was very friendly he picked us up from the airport and dropped us off to the ferry. 24 hour market right next door. Would highly recommend!

15 min walk into the centre which can be difficult in the heat and especially on the way home but busses available right outside and walk is nice views so not bad if you’re able to. Don’t let this put you off!

Location was Great only 12min walk to Mykonos main town. 25min walk or take a bus around the corner to the beach. 3min walk to the supermarket. Everyday new towels and every 3rd day new bedding. Niko was a great friend guy asked every day if everything was good. Gave us tips where to go and not to go. Also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Also have lots of cats nearby 🖤

The back of the bed was full of dust and cobwebs. I didn’t have a safe in my room. And the pool water was green and not a clean as expected.

From the moment we arrived Niko made sure he was present at the airport to transfer us to the property, despite arriving quite late. He took us for a drive to key locations, and also assisted in providing contacts for rental of vehicles. Very centrally located property, with amazing access to amenity, and also nearby beach locations, aswell as the town centre. Niko also assisted in providing us transfers back to the airport from a location which suited us. We will definitely be back and would rate this stay higher if I could.

Niko and his wife were so incredibly kind and great hosts!! I also appreciated Niko picking me up from the ferry port, the cleanliness of my room, and being able to leave my luggage for a few hours before leaving.

The place is amazing and very good value for your money. But I want a talk about the host Niko, he picks us up at the port and takes us to the airport, always kind and with a very good mood. My daughter forgot her purse with money and Niko sent us the money right away with no complaints, so he deserves 10 Stars!!!! Thank you sooo much for everything, and definitely on my next trip to Mykonos, I will stay on Nikos Rooms

Nikos was great! Super accommodating picking us up from the port on the first day and dropping us to the airport on our last. Room was lovely and clean with hot water. Pool was great for afternoon dips. Location was perfect - 10min walk to old town and 2min walk to bus stop that takes you to beaches. Highly recommend staying here!

the host was so helpful and generous — he fetched us from the airport to the accommodation and responded to our requests promptly. we really appreciated his kindness 😊 location was also perfect: there’s a 24h supermarket next door and it is just a 10 min walk to town. the place was gorgeous with lounge chairs by the pool where we could sit and enjoy the sunset. would choose to stay here again if i ever return to mykonos!

there was unfortunately no hot water on the last morning of our stay and there was an ant trail near the toilet sink, but i think this was out of the hosts control.

Very clean and neat facility. Very cozy and warm environment with a lovely pool and really well cared rooms. A deep relaxing night sleep, a combination that really creates cohesive atmosphere. Thanks to all the staff for creating our vacation so memorable! See you again next summer!

Everything was excellent

Nikos was absolutely charming, he came to pick my friend and I up at the port and helped us getting use to town. The place was amazing, intimate, clean and the pool was really convenient. We felt safe the whole time and it was close enought to walk to downtown. We appreciated our stay very much, we would clearly recommand it:))
