The properly was amazing ! The staff ! Especially Steffan ! He was so funny and made our stay and made our holiday even better we couldn’t wait for him to start work haha . Everyone who works at the property where such a pleasure to be around. I really can’t explain how beautiful the views , food , location and everything about the hotel was 5 star. I feel like we were staying at a friend’s house. If anyone is second guessing about this please don’t get this place booked and head to Panormos Village Hotel. See you all soon at our Wedding ! Nothing ! Everything was perfect ?

Me and my husband stayed here for a few nights and will definitely be going back. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming! It felt special that it was family run and we really appreciated that they went above and beyond for us. Thank you ☺️ ❤️

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast and the food in the restaurant was delicious and the view over the bay is beautiful. Unfortunately we had a bad room and this lead to our review as it is. We would give 10/10 if we would have stayed in another more expensive room.

The room we booked was the economy room. On the pictures it looked like the room has a window, but as it is correctly stated in the description, the room only has a window inside the door. This leaves the room with a lot of old and humid air, since you cannot open the window in the night because it has no fly net and there are a lot of mosquitos. Also the room was not properly cleaned with a lot of dead mosquitos on the walls.

The hotel is situated in a quiet and relatively remote part of the island, meaning there is a real sense of escapism. It is also a relatively small boutique hotel with the facilities in place to ensure it never felt cramped or crowded, so we could really relax properly. The pool area, restaurant and room were all exceptional and the views from all three are out of this world! There is also a stunning beach below the hotel. Crystal clear waters and virtually nobody on it - paradise! However, what really made this a 5 star experience was the staff. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and they went out of their way throughout our stay to make sure we had a wonderful time. Communication was very easy through a very good WhatsApp connection and any queries we had were addressed immediately, from booking transfers to ordering room service. Crucially I would say they were attentive but not intrusive - the balance here is sometimes tricky to get right but they nailed it!

There is a beach club close to the hotel which plays music. We actually liked this, but a consideration if you don’t want that.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Panormos Village in Mykonos! The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and beautifully maintained facilities. The pool was amazing. Being next to the beach was an added bonus, and the entire area was impeccably clean. What made our experience truly exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Vagos. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist with any request made our visit unforgettable. We highly recommend Panormos Village to anyone. We can’t wait to return!

The staff were extremely accommodating in meeting any of our requests such as needing to hire transport or massages etc. A special mention to Manuel who was very friendly and made our stay better with how helpful he was! The beach view was amazing to see every morning especially with the view from the restaurant. We enjoyed the food there also and wouldn’t hesitate if you are considering the half-board option. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed the location of our room and the hot tub. The room was cleaned daily and the pool facilities were cleaned every morning and evening - maintaining cleanliness to a high standard. The weather was great and the sun comes directly over the hotel which is perfect for tanning and general enjoyment of the sun! We were surprised by the staff with a few gifts for our 4th year anniversary which was a lovely gesture from the staff and started our stay off amazingly!

It is quite expensive for what it is but I believe this is the case for Mykonos as a whole… Also if you are looking for a relaxing holiday I would keep in mind that there is loud party music that comes from the beach resort below. It is quite a small place with no gym and a small pool.

We loved everything about our stay! The location is amazing, offering great views and the hotel had everything we needed. The staff were kind and helpful especially Kostas & Vagos who made our stay even more special with their attentive service. The owner took the time to personally speak to us and other guests- it’s clear they truely care about creating great experiences.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We had a great view right over the pool and therefore beach and sea. Bed's were very comfortable and well kept and cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

As we were right by the pool and restaurant it could get a little noisy at night, but we had earplugs. Our shower leaked several times, so we would have to turn it off whilst showering was the only other issue, but they were very quick to help clean it up and try help review the issue.

The customer service is amazing, everyone is very friendly & lots of smiles! We stayed for our anniversary & they added special touch to the room, which was very sweet! They are prompt with accommodations & provide all they can to make your stay comfortable. They provided us shuttle & reservation services for anywhere we wanted to go. The cleaning service was daily & immaculate. Breakfast was delicious & I appreciate the extended service time to eat, it made sleeping in & relaxing much easier.

The property was beautiful and serene. The view was breathtaking. The staff went over and beyond for my family. When we arrived one of our pieces of luggage was missing. The staff guided us to stores to help us find essentials. When we checked out we realized my husband left his watch in the bathroom. We called. They located his watch and mailed it to Athens to meet us at our hotel. We had an amazing time.
