During our recent stay at Krotiri Bay Apartments in Paros, we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. We went at the beggining of May (shoulder season) so it was nice and quiet and suited us perfectly. Location: The apartments offer breathtaking views of the bay and harbour and are conveniently close to Parikia town, providing a perfect mix of tranquility and accessibility. Accommodation: Our spacious, clean apartment was spotless and cleaned daily. It featured a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a cozy living area. Amenities: The property includes a pristine swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a little upstairs balcony to watch the sunset and ample parking. Service: The family who own Krotiri Bay Apartments went above and beyond. They arranged airport pickup for a very reasonable fee, organised quad bike rentals delivered directly to the apartments and provided fantastic recommendations on where to go and what to see. They also give the option of a tasy breakfast with delicious pastries plus hot and cold foods. It was very nice! Special Mention: We have to give a special mention to a delightfully large cat named Chips. Chips added a unique charm to our stay! Value for Money: The quality of accommodation, stunning location and exceptional service make Krotiri Bay Apartments an excellent value for money. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paros and look forward to returning. Thank you, Krotiri for a wonderful stay!

The view was amazing from the pool area. It is nestled in the middle of a mountainside across from the port area. Nikos, his family and staff did such a wonderful job with the upkeep of the property. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked by Nikos and his wife. The room itself was cute and very clean. If you don't have a car or a scooter, or want to hire a taxi, walking to the room is a bit of a hike up from and down to the port area where most of the action is. We did it though and looked at it as a way to walk off all of the food, drink and gelato we ate. :) It was a quiet place, which is what I wanted. Not sure how it would be in the peak season, but they do provide a bar by the pool so I will assume it gets kinda busy.

The shower area is kind of small. My son-in-law is 6ft 2in and all muscle and he struggled with the shower. The whole bathroom was drenched when he got out of it. The mattresses could have been a little softer, but nothing that stopped me from getting sleep at night.

we loved this place. Accommodation was perfect for us as we wanted to decompress after a busy schedule. Owners were very nice but non intrusive at the same time so that was great. Fantastic views, great pool, very reasonable bar prices. We enjoyed cold beer with amazing views and refreshing swims. sunsets are spectacular. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

They only negative was the bed is rock hard so our older bones were suffering after 5 nights so not the best sleeps but the pool lounges were so comfortable we had mini naps in those. If you are not prepared to get a rental vehicle or don't like walking up hill you may struggle with the location, we had no issue and the views were outstanding.

The owners are very nice, the view is amazing, the pool has a view and comfortable lounge chairs. This is a very quaint property, cute, quiet and more of a home feel, not a big resort. The owners make a buffet breakfast every morning. They have select items you can purchase for snacks and drinks while you hang out and watch the sunset. The room was clean and had enough room for us, but the shower in our room was a bit tight for a tall person. We enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for chilling in the middle of our Greek island’s vacation.

A lovely couple who run the property, they were so helpful with suggestions to do in Paros, helped us with renting a car, picked us up from the port and also dropped us there which was so helpful. They also had an option of breakfast which was really yummy. The pool was perfect, loungers super comfy with an amazing view. Room was cleaned every day, shampoo and shower gel restocked as well.

The walk from the property to Parikia was ok but the walk back was quite a hill so would recommend a car if you are not big walkers.

A beautiful apartment, comfortable beds, immaculately clean with everything we needed for cooking as well as beach and pool towels. The view from the apartment during the day and night from the pool and the apartment overlooking the bay was spectacular. Worth the walk up the hill just for the view and to get away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The apartment was cleaned daily which was a great treat. The hotel is situated away from the main town which gives an amazing view of the port. The rooms are very spacious and offer all the facilities and amenities you may need. They even provide towels for the pool and beach. The hotel is very peaceful and gives you a chance to really switch off and unwind. The owners of the hotel allow you space to just enjoy your time but can always ask if you need anything or information.

Krotiri Bay was the perfect end to our Greek holiday. The setting was perfect. The room was comfortable and the decor beautiful. The kitchenette had sufficient facilities for preparing breakfast or light meals. We had a spacious outdoor area that was protected from the wind and sun. Perfect for eating our breakfast and relaxing in. The pool area had fantastic views of Parikia Harbour. The sun lounges were comfortable and provided a perfect spot to relax by the pool. Hosts Margarita and Nick were very helpful and friendly. They picked us up from the harbour when we arrived by ferry.

The pool was lovely and quiet. The views from the room were amazing. The owners were welcoming. Giorgio was very friendly and helpful. There is a 'trust' bar ie help yourself if bar unattended, write what you had in a book and pay later. When tea/ coffee was not replaced in room, the owners were very quick to rectify this.

On Booking.com the beds are stated as 'large' double when they are actually a 'normal' double. This would put me off returning as I did not get a good nights sleep. I always request a King size bed. The walk into the centre is lovely however the walk back up is hard as all uphill. (A car is recommended) Tea/ coffee was not replaced in room and we had to therefore keep asking for this. (Owners very quick to rectify issues)

Great location, a 10-15mins walk to the main hub, basic and perfect European breakfast, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to buy if you are lounging by the pool and great staff! The family run accomodation was the perfect way to end our Europe trip and to really relax. They picked us up from the Ferry and provided us with great tips on where to eat and what to see. They also organised for a buggy/car hire whom dropped it off/picked up at the accomodation so we didn’t need to go anywhere! Loved waking up to some furry friendly cats around the property - I too am allergic but had zero problems whilst there.
