- Location was beautiful, with the hotel directly in front of the beach. Nice pool and nice beds (at the pool and at the beach). - The staff was exceptional, very friendly and professional. Special mention for the waiters of the restaurant and the bar! - Good food at the restaurant and good breakfast as well. - The bed was soooo comfortable and in general, it was calm, we could sleep very well which is rare in some hotels.

- They organized some concerts that lasted a bit too long during the evening but that’s all we can say!

We had a great experience in Iperion Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfasts were rich and included a variety of options. The beach was not crowded and we were able to find beach chairs with an umbrella whenever we go there. The sea was excellent. It is just 6 euros by taxi (5 minutes) or 30 minutes walk to the city center, location was great. They never had noisy music or animations so it was very relaxing.

- The mattress could be firmer. - We had some issues with the internet connection but staff so helpful and solved the problem immediately.

Staff were excellent. Pool and pool area was very good. Beach bar was excellent. Room was good. Lunch in the restaurant was excellent, great choice and good price, service always excellent.

Breakfast was ok except cooked offerings which were poor - always cold and not nice. Only used the restaurant once in evening and it was very poor. Poolside toilets were unacceptable so we returned to our room.

We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to the hotel’s new rooms. The room was lovely - modern, clean, and well equipped. The hotel pool setting overlooking the beach is glorious, we loved spending time relaxing on the lounges. The location suited us well, with restaurants easy walking distance nearby, or the option of a ~50min walk or 6 euro taxi into the old town for a change of scenery and some more variety in options. We also found the majority of the staff very warm and helpful!

The shower screen was not quite long enough, so the bathroom floor got very wet when showering. The pool temperature was very refreshing. But these are very minor - we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful beach resort with a great breakfast. A bonus having the beach on your doorstep. 15-20 min walk along the beach with really nice restaurants nearby. We stayed here on our anniversary and they went above and beyond for us.

A small issue but half the sun-beds didn’t have any parasols or cover so they were often empty. There are plenty of beach sun-beds but if you want to sit by the pool then there’s only a handful of beds with parasols.

Breakfast is offered buffet-style, with a good selection of options and a lovely sea view. The bed was very comfortable, with a high-quality mattress and pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The à la carte menu has some good choices, and it’s worth considering for dinner. The beach and the service there were also enjoyable, adding to a pleasant stay.

The hotel is a very nice, clean and quite place to stay. The room was very confortable and clean. The breakfast with a variety of choises. Maybe except the cofee that was not so good because of the old coffe machine. The beach is private with veeery confortable chaise longue. The seaview from the balcony was beatiful!!!! The personnel was very kind and polite.

Best breakfast buffet ever!! Right on the beach. We ate dinner there every night because it was excellent! Clean. Good parking. Friendly staff. Again, what a breakfast. Taxi stand is a 3 minute walk. Especially enjoyed the Greek night with local music, sons, and folk dancing. Private pool and large patio were great.

Wifi was not good, but cell service was fine.

The location is beautiful right on the beach looking at the old town. You can walk to Rethymno in 20-30 min. The pool area and restaurants were lovely. The room was contemporary and clean. Loved all the cats!

The AC was not working in the living area and loft of our suite. They gave us a portable one that didn’t work so they did move our adult son from the loft to a room next door with AC.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. We loved our sea view from the rooms, pool and appreciated the fact that it was really close to the beach and never crowded or noisy. Whole our family also loved the breakfast! There was big variety of food with slight changes every day, so we could taste something a bit different each time. Also stuff was always helpful whenever it was needed - especially receptionist Eirini - always with kind smile on her face, ready to fulfill any request :-)
