Very nice hotel very close to the beach (2 mins) and to the centre of Rethymno (old port). The staff did their best to make our holiday beautiful. Special thanks to Amelia in restaurant and to the ladies in reception! We stayed in the new building. The room was beautiful, spacious with big terrace. Good aircondition, kitchen, welcome drink and snacks. Breakfast and dinner were 5*. Pool area is very nice, and you can also spend your time in game room or in the gym.

The carpet in the corridor should be changed, it was very dirty. Toilets in the common area were not clean at all.

Confusing system with check-in with App - not convenient at all. If you miss a button “Check-in” once you never gave a chance to make it 😀 And why should I Install app for check-in? If I don’t want/don’t have enough space on mobile?

Awsum Location / beautifully newly built apartments and so spacious. Fantastic amenities, beautiful airy spacious common areas. Fantastic location directly opposite the main beach.

Pool closing at 6pm - didn’t really bother me that much but would have been good as an option. We used the app for the login / check in details but after that nothing - would be great if the app could be used for keeping residents updated for happenings for evenings etc - just a waste considering the time taken to download it etc

Children's play room was very good however it was not enough ready yet. Children pool also was wonderful. Room cleaning was perfect. In the hotel was a doctor who helped a lot when our daughter got sick In the middle of night.

The pools were closed after 6 PM. For sure it was too early. Might be better if they close them after 8 PM. In children playroom was another small room where was not clean and it seemed someone slept there at night and smocked a lot of cigars!!!!

Very nice rooms, great breakfast and excellent staff. The pools looked lovely, although we didn't find time to use them. A really good quality large hotel with fantastic facilities. Close to the beach, a supermarket and several good restaurants.

The hotel is a 30 minute walk from Rethymno old town. It's along the beach so not unpleasant but it quickly becomes a chore. The immediate area is overdeveloped and quite busy with traffic, even in the off season and driving in and parking is inconvenient.

There room I stayed in was in a newer building, I was large enough and clean. Good breakfast. Nice hotel staff.

There was a long way to go from this building to the reception, pool or breakfast restaurant, traversing 2 other building blocks. There were occasional problems with water supply (due to water company).

Location (few meters from the beach and 20 min from the centre), cleanliness, quality of the facilities (the family rooms building seems new), nice and friendly stuff

Family rooms are in a different building, which makes it seem to be in a separate block of flats (it's an issue mainly for the atmosphere, the rooms are ok). The quality of the food is honestly low. Lack of kids' facilities

A very large, modern, clean room, with a huge outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and the ocean. Nice to arrive to wine and fresh fruit in our rom. Nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Some of the desk staff weren't overly friendly or helpful. Also, a couple of the staff in breakfast areas wore their masks around their necks. I don't think that's going to help them or us avoid covid! A longish walk into old town, but a lovely one along the oceanside and beach.

..Really enjoyed the Hotel, the staff were Professional and pleasant. The small gentleman waiter in the dining room was a joy to behold Vassill??? I think (speedy Gonzales) ,you know who you are,.....a top class waiter, did twice as much work as anybody else....and such fun, always sharp, ready to help with a smile on his face. SPEEDY TAKE A BOW👍 Also Vaso at the bar was excellent, friendly, and top class person also All in all nice Hotel, food was good, value for money and I certainly would recommend.

What I did like the most was the people and the general atmosphere. Every evening there was an event that captivated both the adults and the children. Everyone from my family wants to make a re-do in the future.
