Our second stay at Horizon Resort. This time our room was on the second floor and was identical to the first floor room we had on our previous visit. The view didn’t really change, maybe a little more sea view from the 2nd floor but negligible. Same great service from the family. Rooms are cleaned to a very high standard. Bed was comfy. Towels changed every day. Lovely pool area with comfy sun beds and the gardens around are so well tended. They even offer pool towels at no extra cost. We had a tasty lunch & drinks around the pool. A buffet breakfast is included, offering a wide selection of items. Short walk from the Main Street in Kamari with all the shops & restaurants and a bus stops nearby. I would recommend getting the bus on the Main Street by the supermarket as it is sometimes full before it reaches the stop nearest Horizon. An oasis of calm to return to after visiting the crowded towns of Fira and Oia. We would not hesitate to book again.

We enjoyed everything about this property

We enjoyed two nights at this lovely accommodation. Very friendly staff, all family I think. A short walk into the centre of Kamari, nothing strenuous, nice and quiet. George was exceptionally helpful when I was worried about our port transfer, making phone calls, reassuring me that all would be ok. The pool area is excellent, comfy sun beds and was never busy. we had a late lunch of sandwiches which were very tasty. Breakfast was plentiful and adequate and you could eat inside or outside under a shaded area. The cleaner is very diligent, a positive whirlwind, and out room was spotless. I am so glad I have booked Horizon when we return from our trip to Naxos.

A nice family hotel, excellent service, the hotel is clean and well-kept, the garden are tastefully designed and the swimming pool is very clean, the breakfast is varied enough. Cause it wasn't high season yet, some of the services were closed (outside the hotel).

Not much to say (everything works), but "the pillows could have been slightly smaller and softer (adjustable)"... The bed itself was suitable.

Horizon Resort excellent location for beach, bars and restaurants. Excellent Hotel, staff are very friendly, very clean, lovely pool with shower and toilets and lovely views. Room was cleaned daily, bed was very comfortable and bathroom had lovely shower. 10/10 rating

Cannot complain about anything

Location, staff, cleanliness, wonderful free breakfast, 10 minutes walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. Good beds. Superior rooms have balcony with sea views and garden and mountain. Had a wonderful time there.

The showers were very small. However that can be overcome as the rest of the stay was wonderful.

In my case, an overnight hotel close to the airport. Very nice service, the taxi sent by the hotel to the airport was waiting for me in the middle of the night for two hours - late flight, lost luggage - thank you very much! Despite the late hour, a warm welcome in the hotel. Tasty breakfast, additionally fresh scrambled eggs served with a smile. Clean, comfortable bed, cold water in the fridge, coffee and tea in the room. I recommend.

The hotel is situated away from the centre of Kamari, which makes it even better - just a short walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants, but away from all the noise - an ideal location. It's a family-run hotel and is therefore well looked after by George and his family. The pool is lovely and the breakfasts, despite being the same every day, were superb - fresh with enough choice for everyone. I would definitely stay again, and again, and again.... :)

Overlooking the mountains and the sea, very nice garden with a swimming pool. Very nice hotel, very clean, lovely and friendly staff, the hospitality, the breakfast, good value for money. 2 minutes away to a bus stop. I will be coming back again.

This family run hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious, the beds extremely comfortable. The outside pool area was beautiful with lovely plants all around. The attention to detail was excellent.

shower curtain (never liked them anywhere!) The Fire exit light above the door was a bit too bright, I covered it up during my stay. The fridge hummed during the night so I unplugged it. I’m a very light sleeper it might not bother most people, but my friend in another room felt the same.

The host was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good. Pool large enough for a decent swim and sun beds comfortable. This hotel is kept immaculate.
