Door opens with a code which was very convenient and you could check in yourself at any time of the day. There was no fear of losing the key. The apartment was also very clean, there is a lift to take you upstairs and there is paid packing just in front of the apartment. Not a bad place at all and very convenient.

The bathroom drainage did not flow quickly and clogs easily when using the shower. We complained about this though and the host sent someone to check it immediately. It was then opened and cleaned but did not make a lot of difference. But it flows off when you turn off the shower so not so bad 🙂

You told us we could not get free towels but the first round of towels is for free no need to pay. Moreover you told us there is no wash machine in the facility but you had a washing machine in the storage room which we found out the day we were leaving

When travelling to a warmer climate I’m always worried about bugs. There were none in sight! The property is extremely well maintained and clean. Me and my friend travelling with me agreed that this is one of the cleanest accommodation we have experienced. There is AC in the living room and the bedroom. Everything has its place. There are furniture on the balcony and a drying rack. There is a sliding net that covers the entire balcony door so you can keep it open without having flies get in. There were also no bugs in sight on the balcony. No ants, nothing. There’s also an outside blind that blocks out the morning light, and makes life easier in the morning as not as much heat gets in. Contacting the property manager was so easy and they were on point with everything. The door handle on the bathroom was loose, they came in the next day and fixed it. We were out when they came and all of our belongings were left untouched. Metro is close by which is a huge plus. Supermarket is also close by. I highly recommend this property if you’re coming to Athens.

I have no complaints. No negative remarks.

it was a really sleek apartment, and it was very easy to get around the city from there. if I wanted to walk I could walk downtown, if I didn't want to I could take the train very easily.

The only thing that was a problem, as far as I know it was the whole area not just the building, was that the water supply went out at one point. I had a drizzle to brush my teeth and I needed a bottle of water to flush the toilet. it only lasted about 12 hours, but if I had to pick something it was that

The apartment was clean and in a very good condition (probably very recently renovated). The internet speed was fast and reliable, so no problem with people who need to work at the same time. The metro stop is just few minutes walk. The communication and service of the staff was excellent.

Maybe the absence of a washing machine, but overall not a blocker considering the high quality offered by the raiseporject in general.

The apartment was really amazing. It exceeded my expectation. Super clean and well prepared for check in. There were 4 fresh towels, clean bed and bathroom. Small kitchen is also available with toaster, coffee machine, kettle. The apartment has TV with accesss to Youtube and other apps, which is very comfortable to play whatever you want. The apartment is located close to the metro, big supermarket, restaurants. Outside is noisy street, but balcony door is good and almost block the noise. If you follow by google maps its easy to find an apartment.

Nothing to complain

The apartment answered perfectly our expectations! The code instead of a key was very convenient. The place was well equipped. The hosts were very responsive if we had a question. The location between two metro stops and in a nice neighbourhood was perfect!

The last couple of days we saw some cockroaches at night in the bathroom. We missed a bucket or a bigger bowl to use when we had some stomach issues...

Everything was great value at a good price. Clear acces instructions from the acomodation. Modern new building with modern new facilities. Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi. Good espresso machine. It's 6 minutes walking distance to Dafni Metro station which is close to Acropolis. Grocery stores are 3-4 minutes away. The furniture and accesories are really good quality wise. Very clean. Good noise cancelation as it was noisy outside on our balcony as it was near a busy street.

We would have liked to have a broom to clean during our 6 nights stay. Also, we would have liked to have one more extra larger pan and an extra pot (just one of each was provided). Also a wooden spoon & potato cleaner would've been nice as we also cooked during our stay. Some extra garbage bags would have been useful too.

Great communication (note that there aren't physical staff present but they are very fast at communicating via Booking. Apartment is fantastic value for any length of stay in Athens. Great area and very close to lots of shops and amenities and a 3 minute walk to the M2 subway line which is very easy to use to get around the city. 1/2 hour walk to Acropolis or a few minutes via subway. Anyone that dislikes the location really needs to try staying in some of the other parts of Athens that are priced similarly (seriously, this area is great for the price). Room was clean and was as advertised. Despite being on a busy street it was nice and quiet and you get almost zero noise in the bedroom. Air conditioning worked well. The kitchen was a nice addition.

Kitchen could use a few more pots/pans and utensils. It is very minimalistic in that sense. Also an important note - these are serviced apartments and not a hotel so you do not get room service without paying extra for cleaning. This was not an issue for us for our 10 day stay but it's important to know.

We loved coming back to this apartment after a busy day sightseeing in Athens. It had everything we needed. The nearest metro is about 8 minutes walk but there are buses just around the corner to take you straight to Syntagma square if you prefer. The apartment had excellent air con which we needed during the heatwave. As I read in previous reviews you don't meet the host but they are super fast with communication and the code system to get into the apartment is easy to use. The luggage room is so handy and there is a toilet you can use when you return to get your bags.

No dustpan and brush to sweep the floor. As with most places in Greece, no throwing paper in the toilet which is annoying but you get used to it.
