Room was spacious and well-furnished. Bathroom was spotless and clean. Water pressure good and warm water works well. Shampoo conditioner and soap were of excellent quality. Bed and pillows were super comfy. TV channels were excellent, Disney movies all day long. Room soundproofing was good. Lifts were fast. Staff service was great. They sent our luggages up to the room while we were at the park. We had a faulty doorknob on our bathroom door and they were sincere in fixing it and very apologetic. Lobby was cool with nice Disney art and Disney music. Pool was nice, had a slide. Enjoyed this hotel very much.

1. There was lack of food options at the hotel. Please bring along some cup noodles/sandwiches as the food options are either not suitable or very expensive. 2. I also felt that there could have been more Disneyland hotel guest privileges/perks, such as exclusive character meet and greets, special photo opportunities, or early park access, but there was nothing of the sort. 3. For the price we paid, it would also have been nice if there were some simple Disney freebies that we could take home as a memento, like a small towel with Disney logo or a simple Disney key chain/shot glass/tea spoon. Anything really. But all we got to keep were the room key cards which are essentially useless after we leave.

Very clean; friendly, helpful staff. It's less expensive that the other two hotels in Disney resort, so it lacks some of the options that the other two offer, however, as long as you stay in one of the three hotels, you have access to all the options and activities in all the three hotels. It's a two minute walk to Explorers' Lodge and 10 min walk to Disneyland Hotel. Shuttles avaibale in between these hotels and they run frequently.

Limited dining options and of course very expensive. If you are atyog for a few days, it might be a good idea to plan for your breakfasts in advance.

Perfect to complement your disneyland park visit, specially if its for a 2-day visit. Great that the pool opens at 8am and closes at 10pm, you can choose to go for a swim before going to the park or even after going.

no food options around the area. if you want to try food outside of the hotel, be ready to buy it ahead in tun chung. late night, the only room service menu are instant noodles and chips. would have been great if they have pizza or burger, like other hotels

The Disney magic.

There were bed bugs. My husband who wasn’t wearing long pants to bed has nasty bites on his ankles and shin. The pillows also had smell that my nose is sensitive to. After returning from our holiday, we had a hard time washing our clothes in boiling water to make sure that we do not bring the bed bugs back to our home.

The location was good with a convenient shuttle to Disneyland. The pool and gardens were also excellent and the staff were able to provide us with interconnecting rooms

The food prices were extremely high with limited choices and room service was only available at certain times of day

Excellent food and gift shopping space. The only ding is the expensive dinner buffet. You could easily drop $1000.00 if you took all your meals there. Cheaper to eat at the park.

Again, expensive food at Ink and Plate and the other dining facilities

Everything was exceptional at DHH. Luckily, I was looking for hotels in Hong Kong and found a very tempting Black Friday deal. Without this special price, we would not have been able to stay at this hotel. Disney hotels are pretty pricey, and we know that because they offer excellent quality in everything: comfort, Wi-Fi, location, safety, cleanliness, decoration, and friendly staff. DHH is beautiful, located by the water, has a nice playground for younger kids, and has a game room for older kids or very older kids (even me and my husband played, haha); front desk receptionists explain everything you need to know, from early entry ticket to the park to tips to where to go in Hong Kong and which type of transportation is better. The rooms are great sizes, with comfortable beds, and the TV offers a decent variety of options for a cozy Disney movie night with the fam.

The breakfast was delicious but was not included in the room rate. We only decided to pay for it on one of the three days we stayed there. The other days, we ate at the park and at the airport.

Easy check-in and the receptions are accommodating.

Ink & plate to rate 0 as few staff u can feel they discriminated us .we paid for 2 adults and 2 child for the breakfast buffet, and the parents of the 2 kids came to assist them .they kept on asking onky 2 adults and 2 kids should eat. They can see that the parents dont eat. When the 2 kids land the parents left me and my friend still in the table eating but 2 staff kept on looking on us for 10mins that we can eat properly. I stood up and came to their section and told the staff that we already paid and no need to look at us everytime he walks or goes somewhere, after that he stopped looking on us .but feels like so rude.

Everything! Clean, comfy beds, coffee making facilities. Long soft bath towels, big tv screen, included slippers. The list goes on. Thanks to the Black Friday sales I got 2 nights in the marvel room for my 35th birthday for $550, a previous price I couldn’t have afforded. So thanks for doing sale fares.

Only thing is the price of the food at the hotel. We went to the park multiple times per day to eat re the voucher that comes with the park access. 1 breakfast per person is $60 Aussie money so crazy expensive. If your on a budget, bring snacks, noodles, or food you can make on the hotel room with hot water.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was exactly as listed on the website and the rooms look exactly as pictured on the Website. The restaurant is fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. It is within walking distance to the Disneyland park, however there are regular free shuttles to take you there and back. The rooms were so clean as was the entire hotel in general. You won’t be disappointed.

The only thing I could suggest is that the hotel could consider selling soft drinks, bottled water and a range of snacks in their gift shop or consider having some vending machines. Apart from the restaurant – there is nowhere else to eat and just grab something quickly on the go. It would be great to be able to purchase a range of snacks at the hotel rather than line up in the massive lines in Disneyland Park
