We booked a disconnected room (not in main building). I was a little worried about this, but it ended up being amazing! The ceiling was sloped like an attic, with sky lights that only showed the sky (still private), which we loved. The room was clean and spacious. The building was about 30 paces away from the main lobby and still in a security-protected, elevator building. The included breakfast in the main lobby was lovely, and we loved sitting in the room that felt like an atrium. Welcome drinks were a nice touch. Reusable water bottles in room were a great touch, also.

Being in the main building could have been nice, so we could more easily take advantage of the spa area. We never quite got around to it (only because exploring Budapest was so fun). That said, I'd be happy booking this exact same room again! I don't know if I'd like the main building rooms as much, since we loved our stay so much as is.

Check in was quick & easy, room was ready early and we didn't have to pay extra which was a bonus. Breakfast - there was lots of choice (cereal, yogurt, bread, rolls, sausage, baked beans, eggs, salmon, ham, cheese plus more!) it was never overly busy. The room was large, a comfy double bed and a small balcony which we didn't expect so was a nice extra! We didn't use the wellness centre (only because we were out & about, then asleep!) The staff are lovely, very informative & helpful. 5 mins walk to New York Cafe, half hour walk to National Museum, 50mins walk to river Danube (with plenty to see on the way!) Would 100% recommend!

I simply loved our stay. Everything was very clean and cozy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, different types of food, variety of pastry and bread, fresh fruit and juice. And my favorite for sure was the chocolate fountain with delicious chocolate. During our stay I had my birthday, and received as a gift a cake and sparkling wine, which was a great tasty surprise, so thanks again for that. The staff was very nice and friendly, we wanted to go the the thermal baths and they helped me with the purchase of the tickets. The city center is about 20 min walking distance. In the neighborhood there are places that you can visit as well. Based on my experience I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The spa isn’t spa actually, Tho saunas the needs to preordered from reception 30 minutes beforehand. But the most terrible and would event say frightening thing is jacuzzi which literally poisoned me. After a few minutes my eyes got itching while I couldn’t feel any suspicious scent from it. When I returned to the room, I felt a very disgusting taste in my mouth and the skin felt over dried even after taking a proper shower. I had to put two layers of body lotion. The swimming suit smelled super chemical the day after, although I had washed it properly. I practically warm everyone to avoid this jacuzzi.

all about the hotel and staff superb ,room is very large bathroom style great toiletries very good quality . coffee machine and capsules even tea bags earl grey.breakfast very good choice, the staff nothing to much trouble 3 lifts no noise whatsoever.they gave me the 3 things i asked for early check in,large double bed and this is big and a street view.the shower gel and hand wash made for the hotel ,and i stayed in the bo18 some years ago sister hotel 3 star but a great hotel also.they go the extra mile for their residents

only one thing i found the rooms are quite hot for myself luckily i always take a fan,as that tme of year the cold blow air conditioning is disabled

The hotel is located in a great position to reach a lot of points o interest (St Stephan's Basilica, Various Museums, New York Cafe, etc) by foot, which was great. The room was pretty spacious, bigger than your average hotel room, sporting a big screen smart tv, large bed (which was decently comfy) and tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was 10/10 - they even have a chocolate fountain (for those who fancy high sugar intakes in the morning) and the coffee machine made a pretty good cappuccino which can be configured according to one's tastes.

My only 2 nitpicks are the fact that the lighting switches in the room were a bit weird configured and the night stands that were kinda integrated with the bed were very close to the floor (you had to bend over to leave something on the night stand), but again, those are nitpicks, not something that really affected my stay.

Breakfast was great with multiple options and variations on each day. Room was spacious. Booking.com provided an upgrade to an Executive suite that made it worth it. Location was quite central in the Pest area in vicinity to many pubs, cafes, ruin bars (a must visit), New York cafe, szechenyi spa etc. The hotel even provided us an early check-in free of cost. We were so happy that we could comfortably check-in early morning itself.

There was an abrupt power cut at the sauna in the hotel. It took sometime to fix it so that was a bummer. But, overall it was an exceptional stay.

I loved the warm welcome of the receptionist, very courteous, respectful and provided all the information we could need on the town, showing us the map, where we were and how we could find our way to the different touristic sites. The room was very clean, breakfast was great, room service cleaned the next day in the morning, with services such as sauna, fitness as on photos. With my wife we used the sport hall for half an hour and it is was great. "I got bang for my buck". I will definitely return again. The hotel is midpoint from most touristic sites. I highly recommend and will return next year.

The staff were extremely helpful. Our rooms were ready when we arrived with no additional cost for earlier than normal check-in. The staff assisted with reservations and information on restaurants, boat cruises, and spas. The hotel is very quiet and close to the New York cafe. The room and studio were very large and modern, with good air conditioning. Great selection of food for breakfast. My son, who is aged 17, enjoyed the hotel facilities also. Everything was exceptual. We did get a taxi back to the hotel at night rather than walk 10 to 15 mins. We look forward to returning to this beautiful hotel.

Living for a long time in Dubai has set the bar high for us when it comes to hospitality service. We have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness, elegance, professionalism and friendliness of staff, safety and quality of food and choices during breakfast. But Bo33 ticks all the boxes! The staff is super helpful and kind, also with my children which is scarce nowadays. The rooms are amazing, spacious, clean and very comfortable, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic with many choices of coffee, allergy friendly food, vegetables, pastries,cereals and juices. They have good quality cold cuts and cheese and they really take care of the smallest details too which makes all the difference. For us breakfast is really important and here it was amazing. The staff at breakfast are kind and professional and well groomed at the same time which is rare. The receptionist team is also fantastic, they helped us with our luggage, they responded quickly to all requests and questions, and they helped with literally everything. They speak multiple languages properly, they greeted me and my kids with a welcome champagne and which really gave our stay such a lovely kickstart. We badly needed a happy getaway in Budapest to recharge our batteries which Bo33 Hotel greatly helped us in, even if we didn't leave the hotel we would have had an amazing time. Thank you staff! You are fantastic!
