It was such a beautiful unit. Comfy bed and pillows. Very clean, fully equipped and functional unit. The bathroom was newly furbish, spotless clean and water heater as well as the pressure were superb. Clearly detailed attention has been made. I traveled regularly and the property was beyond expectations and the best I have encountered. The guitar was enticing, the pinball was entertaining and Netflix choice is abundant. And the best of all was the team - they are truly a gem. Alex attended and kept helping me through out the stay. She was generous, kind, always happy, extra miles and respectful. The team lead by David is truly wonderful and works full hearted. It was a joy staying there and no doubt that I definitely will come back. Thanks so much David & team.

Location and decor of the property. I was within 25 mins of where I was visiting and was also very close to shops. It was within walking distance of local attractions such as Heroes Sq, Kiraly Street, Chain Bridge but also has buses going past. I also liked its self contained nature with a fridge, dish washer, microwave, Bluetooth player and TV as well as a welcome pack re the apartment as well as information about the surrounding areas. They Hosts also responded very quickly to any messages I sent. There was a bottle of wine on arrival for me and an additional pressie during my stay.

I didn't dislike anything. I had read previous previews so had an idea of what to expect.

I basically love everything about the property, just to be specific, the staff and the owner were exceptionally nice. I’ve been to many places in Europe and stayed in many places in this price range and this one definitely surpassed the others. They were super helpful. The place was very clean. They gave us a free bottle of rose as a welcome gift, they supplied free detergent for washing machine and dishwasher, they also offered refills of coffee capsules in case I finished them, etc. and the place is very close to the center. You can walk to many places. I can just talk about them nonstop, but you should experience the property yourself! :))

- Cool pinball machine. - Fully equipped with everything. - Quiet street.

- The entrance hall to the building/apartment is through a garbage place. Very stinky and not welcoming to pass there every morning and night. If we knew that we wouldn’t book the property. - Ground floor to a quiet street but it prevented us opening the window due to privacy and stealing. - Steep stairs to the bedroom. Not convenient especially at night. - Water flow at the shower wasn’t the best and too dark. - 15-20 minutes walk from the center.

The apartment had been very thoughtfully prepared, with little extras like a bottle of wine, coffee, umbrellas and free use of a washing machine. The pinball machine was fun! The host sent a WhatsApp before we arrived in Budapest and gave us good directions to the apartment, then showed us round the property. Also more than happy to recommend good places to eat. When I reported a problem with the hot water (out of hours) the host was there within the hour and fixed the issue very quickly.

The apartment was a decent walk from Budapest city centre, but there are good transport links nearby. The surrounding streets seemed a little run down, but we were reassured that the area was very safe.

Highly recommend! Great place! The apartment is lovely, everything is nice, clean and new, the staff is really nice, you can tell they put extra care in everything. The extra features and decorations make the difference. The mattress and the bed are reeeaally comfortable. The area is central but quiet, it's perfect! But close to everything. The little book of information prepared by the host is rrr useful. We really appreciated all the tips. Follow their suggestions, they are worth it! Everything was perfect. Highly recommend! Clean and comfy and central and wonderful. Go for it! Don't mind the comments about the entrance being dirty, it's not! You pass by a hallway that has a few bins, but they are not dirty, nor disgusting, it's all civilised. And it's just a pass by on the hallway. It's an apartment building, it's how things are organised. Part of life :) and happy home privates spaces are wonderful, so go for it!

Arrived early and could leave luggage Central location, could walk to all the local attractions Quiet, comfortable, well equipped, clean room Coffee machine and wine a nice touch, and Netflix an additional bonus Liked the happy theme and free pinball machine too

A foldaway drying rack would be handy to finish drying clothes after washing - not a complaint, just a suggestion

The very central position, the comfort of the room, the presence of a washing machine, coffee, boiler, I like it was a quite large flat with good fornitures. I liked the airport transfer also.

The bad was not so comfortable and the upper floor is really hot due to heat tubes

Beautiful space with the perfect location. Alexandra was AMAZING! She went way beyond her job duty and really helped me out after I forgot my backpack in their office. Even though she already left home and was 45 minutes away, she still came back to unlock the office for me. She desirves a raise for sure! So friendly and chill. The rest of the office staff was amazing as well. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Great,modern apartment near the city centre and close to the public transport stations.Place where you can leave your luggage is next door. We had everything we needed and even more! We loved the Pinball game and the guitar-great idea to put them for fun.Coffee was also good. We especially liked free maps with tips what to see and where to eat if you look for national food,pastas,burgers,Asian...etc.
