The area where the hotel is located is very peaceful and quiet, there wasn't much traffic. Even though the room was very small, it was very clean. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options - from sweet to savory! There is an elevator, so you don't have to take the stairs with yout bags.

The bathroom was a bit older, could do with a renovation. It was very hot in the room, and even though it had AC, we didn't want to turn it on, as it was directly opposite to the bed. Also, the curtains didn't really block out the light - it didn't bother us, but it might bother others.

I stayed here two nights. The hotel is really nice and cozy, the room was a good size and very clean. I appreciated the kettle in the room and the teabags/coffe there too, really handy. The staff was helpful and spoke in English. The breakfast was good too, good choice. It is not located in the city centre but I have chosen it due to its proximity to the bus station, anyway the metro station is some 10 minutes walk from the hotel and in 3-4 stops you are in the centre so I had no issue with regard to this. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential, looked safe. Would come back again.

In general, I'm satisfied with the hotel and the room. The room was big and had all the needed facilities. The bed was comfortable.

- The position is not the best, in order to reach the closest metro station you need to walk for 10-15 mins. During the day is okay but if you plan to go out or go back in the evening could not be ideal since the area/neighborhood is quite lonely and dark in some parts. - Even if the breakfast was okay it was very basic, not many options to choose.

The hotel is located on a very quiet street. Easy to access by car, and plenty of parking places on the street. It is quite close to Budapest Park and other concert venues. The room was cozy, clean and the bed mattresses were comfortable. The breakfast had great variety and was plenty. The staff was very kind. Many thanks for the receptionist lady, who was very helpful and amiable.

The furniture in the room was a little bit outdated, but that did not impact our rest in any way.

Good value for money. Friendly service at the reception. The room was clean. Available in the room fridge, electric kettle - you can make your own tea and coffee. Of course, you have to remember that this is not a luxury multi-star hotel. Quiet district, no noise from public transport.

In hot weather, the lack of air conditioning may be a bit of a pain, although a fan is available. The hotel is located about 40-50 minutes on foot to the center. If someone wants to use the TV, it's tiny. The beds are on wheels, they move too easily. On the other hand, they are easy to connect or separate depending on your needs.

Parking in the garden was superb, breakfast was nice, room was fine, and Yes it's a bit far out. But you have the tram 5mins away and the Metro around 10mins away, easy to get into the City

Well when I booked a tour from the hotel they took 2 Euro's commission, was not informed of this, only found out when was in the queue to get on the boat, and I heard what other people paid. Now it's not about the 2 Euro's they phoned up the boat company and got me a place. But they could have said about the money. it was a bit underhand. But I would def stay there again even without a car. the city was Amazing Budapest blew me away

The hotel is not far from Nepliget bus station. Around 10-15 min on foot. Also, the reception works 24/7. I arrived at 0.30 am and there was staff at the reception, so I got the room very fast and without problems. The room is exactly what is shown on the photos. A fridge in the room and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Clean and cozy hotel, quiet area, not many cars. The garden view made me feel as I were home.

I had no conditioner - only a fan. It works well, but maybe not enough when outside is above 33°. The beds are too high :) Maybe a bit noisy, the neighbors are well heard. And a bit aged.

Nice little hotel in one of the most pleasant neighbourhoods of the city - a quiet area with mostly detached houses, but still very close to public transport. The amenities are okay, the value for money is excellent. Very friendly staff.

Soundproofing is poor, you can hear pretty much everything that happens in the corridor and on the terrace of the hotel's restaurant. Luckily there weren't a lot of guests when I was there, so I had a good night's sleep.

The room was spacious and well lit, the bathroom was clean and it was warm. The place is staffed 24/7 by friendly people who speak good English, the price was very acceptable for a hotel close to the bus station and concert venue. Breakfast was plentiful and easy to organise without booking it in advance.

The heating can't be regulated inside the room, which would have been nice to do, but it was a minor gripe.
